Hope to the Hopeless

Esi travels to Sunyani in Ghana to meet Dora Tettey, a woman who fetches water for a living because her husband abandoned her and her three children some years ago. She then travels to Guruguru to meet Dr. David Abulai, also know as The Mad Doctor, a man who made it his mission in live to help people who are homeless, who are crazy and who suffers from leprosy.

Making the Children Laugh

Esi finds herself in Kumasi, Ghana where she meets Vida Pokyaa, a woman who sells oranges for a living to support her family. She then makes her way Tamale for a visit at the Tamale Children's Home to find out what challenges they face.

Giving Back

Sedem and Esi look at two stories about people who are giving back to their community. They first meet Daniel Adams, a young man who thinks his school is in need of some assistance. They then travel to Koforidua where they meet Isaac Prince Hiame, a remarkable man who is confined to a wheelchair, yet still managed to become a great tutor, and who dreams of opening his own Internet café.

The Importance of Family

Esi travels to Bolgatanga where she meets Samuel and Juliana Agyegelone, a couple which have adopted 11 children in need over the years. Then, in the Volta region of Ghana, Esi meets Sacramento, a man nominated by his daughter, Helen for being a great father and mentor to both her and the rest of the children in their community.

Making a Difference

In Axim Ghana, Esi visits the Western Heritage Home to find out more about the incredible work they are doing with their students. She then meets Michael Musah and Sylvester Nonye, two gardeners who work at a school in Techiman, and who struggles to support their families. Esi then travels to Bolgatanga to meet Mary Amana, a woman who cares for the children of mentally challenged women.

Big Ideas

Esi meets Betty Ayagiba, an extraordinary woman who started an organization to help widows learn trades in the Bolgatanga region of Ghana. She then visits Jaynii Beach in Jamestown, and meet Emmanuel Quartey and Naa Borquaye to find out more about their beach cleaning project and the work they do for the children in their community.

Esi meets one of Ghana's young upcoming sports heroes in Kumasi, Ghana. Awudu Holler is a young man who dreams of becoming Ghana next golfing champion. Then in Tamale, Esi meets to Prince Ibrahim Abdullah, a young man who by started a school for the children in his community.

In the small suburb of Ashaiman, Esi meets "The Three Musketeers", three you men who started a local radio station to educate their community. She then travels to Cape Coast to meet Sarah Ansah, a headstrong young woman with only one leg, determined to make a name for herself.

Esi makes her way to Accra to talk to Sylvanus Badzrah, a young musician who has a dream to publish the book he wrote. After than she meets Rose Quaino, a woman struggling to make ends meet as a seamstress.

In Spite of the Odds

Sedem and Esi examine two very different stories from different regions in Ghana. In Kumasi Esi meets Gabriel Terkpeh, a determined young student struggling to stay in university because of money. Then in Accra, she visits Albert Frimpong, a man who gathered a group of disabled men and started a soccer team... on skateboards.

An Eye Opening Journey

In Sunyani, Esi visits Don Bosco Boys Home, a school that take care of young underprivileged boys, who is in need of family support! Then, in Accra, she catches up with The Starlight Gospel Band, a group of blind musicians who travel across Ghana to sing and educate the public about blindness.

You Can Rely on Me

In Accra, Esi and Sedem investigate the Kayeye, thousands of women who travel to the capital city of Ghana to trying to make a living and end up carrying things around for people. She then travels to a village near Buku to meet Stephen Ayeebo, a man who, after two of his brothers died, has to take care of three women and eleven children.
