Episode 1
Wilson and Amina kick off season two with two stories from one of the poorest countries in the world, Niger. First Amina travels to a small suburb in Niamey called Karadje, to meet Boubacar Nouhou, a young man who nominated his grandmother. She makes and sells pancakes next to the street, and that is the family's only source of income. Amina then makes her way to a small village North of Niamey called Koira Tequi. There she meets Fato Boni, a disabled women who, with the help of her nine-year-old daughter, has to beg on the street for a living.
Episode 12
Amina travels to the small village of Madarounfa where she meets Daoda Kané, an old farmer with a passion for planting trees but who does not have the correct tools to do so. Then, in Tera, she meets Tazar Hama, a woman who fled from her family in order to save her ten year old daughter from early marriage.
