Off to See the World

Ringmaster Tony sets off on a journey, leaving his circus in the care of Dolores and Toby. Enjoying the new challenge, Toby puts his all into learning the ropes and proves to everyone that he can be a great ringmaster.

Episode 2

Toby Is Magic

A sell-out show demands something special, Momo explains to Toby. He suggests that he use any spare time he has to practise doing something extra for the audience. After trying to find out what he is good at, Toby discovers an old magic trick box in his caravan and opts to perform a rabbit-and-hat trick.

Episode 3

Twin Trouble

After asking the performers to come up with some spectacular new acts to go into the show that night, Toby ends up being peacemaker when Li and Ling squabble. Then Thor comes up with a great idea for a karate book-chopping trick, but picks the book that Dolores is reading for his act. Luckily, she has a sense of humour!

Episode 4

Fantastic Freddo

Freddo would love to sing in the show, but he can't sing in time or in tune. Help is at hand once Clara and Toby realise that it's because Freddo can't count. At the last moment, Clara devises a cueing system using a feather duster and Freddo makes a unique musical contribution to the show.

Episode 5

Toby's Hat

Toby is proud of his new hat, which has just arrived from the cleaners. Dolores advises him to keep it safe on the costume rail, but it doesn't even get there. Along the way the hat survives various close encounters with Thor, Clara and Freddo but it is eventually flattened by Ling. Oh dear! Toby can't do the show without his new hat!

Episode 6

Dolores Flies Again

When Ling has an accident that puts her out of action, Toby picks Freddo to take her place that night. But Freddo is too scared of heights to perform on the trapeze! Who else can Toby get at such short notice? He is at his wits' end when he recalls that his mother was once the main attraction when she was a circus trapeze artist.

Episode 7

The Wheel Inspector

When a call comes through saying that the circus vehicles are to have their wheels inspected by an official, Dolores gets Freddo and Clara to tell Toby. Unfortunately, Clara forgets and Freddo's mimes are completely misunderstood, leading to all sorts of mayhem!

Episode 8

Thor on the Floor

10 mins

Thor is very strong and sure that he can do anything. So when Dolores says she wants him to dance in the show's finale, he agrees. But dancing does not come naturally to him. Everyone tries to teach him a dance but in the end it is only when he is seen stamping the stiffness out of his limbs that Dolores realises what dance he should do - the stomp!

High Wire Freddo

After Dolores does the washing, Toby and Momo hang it on the line to dry. But when Toby goes to collect his costume it's vanished and so have Dolores's bloomers! A search ensues, but will the costumes be discovered before show time?

Banana Drama

Dolores makes some banoffee pies and leaves them outside to cool, but a thief takes one! Freddo is put on guard duty but the thief is very clever and steals a couple more. The guilty party is discovered when the pies are found in Toby's new magic cabinet! But who was the sweet-toothed thief?

Episode 11

Juggle Clara Juggle

When three of her balls fall out of her bag after practice, Clara can't find them anywhere. With a show to do that evening, what can Clara juggle with instead? Dolores offers her an orange, Thor gives her a spanner and Jango donates an ocarina. She's already the star of the show with her new act when Freddo finally finds Momo juggling with the missing balls.

The Disappearing Diable

When Li and Ling work a diabolo into their act, Momo is fascinated and can't resist trying it for himself. When no one is looking, he throws the spinning top high into the air and waits for it to come down. But the diabolo has vanished. Will the girls discover where it has landed?

Episode 13

Silent Circus

Toby decides that tonight's show will be a silent circus to give Dolores time to recover from circus flu. But rehearsing in silence isn't easy, especially for Clara. There are many noisy mishaps but none wake Dolores, until just before the show!

Snow Baby

Christmas special. When Dolores's sister Dolly and husband Dennis leave their baby at the circus while they go Christmas shopping, Diddums is only happy in the arms of the robot strongman Thor.

Toby's Tin Whistle

Toby offers to play the tin whistle for Jango to help him learn a new tune, but his practising creates all kinds of confusion.

Episode 16

The Trouble with Thor

Thor is dismayed when he accidentally breaks Ling's favourite vase and Freddo's plate. It's been one of those days so he hides himself away to keep out of any more trouble.

High Wire Wobbles

After seeing how hard Freddo concentrates while he is balancing custard pies on his fingers, Toby comes up with a splendid idea of how Freddo can conquer his fear of heights.

Episode 18

Helter Skelter Hurry

When some new mats arrive for the helter skelter, Toby is more interested in trying them out than getting ready for the night's performance.

Episode 19

Wheel Deal

Li ignores all the instructions for assembling and using a German wheel, a new prop for the sisters' act. Freddo does not pay attention while he and Clara are practising.

Episode 20

Here Come the Girls

A replacement is sought after Jango loses his voice. Delores is too loud, Clara forgets the words and the twins squabble about who should sing which parts. All seems lost, until they decide to form a girl band.

Episode 21

In and Out

Li is sulking in her caravan after an argument with Ling. When Thor brings a new balancing pole for Li, she accidentally knocks the head off Ling's favourite sunflower! Li apologises and the girls make up before going on to perform a fantastic high-wire show.

Episode 22

Clara Is Left Behind

Clara sets off on foot to catch everyone up, but on the way she meets Farmer Flossy, who sings her a song to cheer her up. Meanwhile, Toby realises that she is missing and sets off with Freddo, Bish Bash and Bosh to find her.

Toby Climbs Up

Ling and Toby get stuck on the trapeze. Luckily, Jango knows what to do.

Episode 24

If the Boot Fits

When someone steps in wet paint and walks over a new poster, the search is on to find the culprit. Everyone's feet are checked, but finally they realise that it is a stilt print!

Episode 25

What Goes Up

Toby is thrilled about his new finale, but he only tells Jango and Thor at first as he needs them to help him set it up. Finally he announces that it is a human cannonball! Li volunteers to be shot out of a cannon, but she has second thoughts when it comes to the night. Will she be brave enough to go through with it?
