Floundering Fathers-After Otto catches a cold from not wearing a coat during the Time Squad's mission to Russia to get Carl Marx to write the Communist Manifesto instead of building the world's largest igloo, Tuddrussel and Larry must complete a historical mission without Otto helping them to solve a mission to get Benjamin Franklin to be an author of the Declaration of Independence.

Time Squad's mission is to visit U.S. president, William Howard Taft in 1912. He's supposed to be running against Woodrow Wilson in the upcoming election, but there's one problem- Wilson won't go near the presidency because of the sudden hauntings that have been occurring at the White House. Chased by long dead presidents who appear as a zombie, a Frankenstein creature, and a vampire, it's up to Tuddrussel, Larry, and Otto to solve the mystery and get Taft out of the White House.
