The pure and kind-hearted Wang Yichuan is admitted to the Performing Department of Southeast University of Arts. He meets his roommates and they live together for the future four years. Duan Shijie, who is as handsome as Wang, feels unconfident because of his height. Chen Dongdong who is sharp-tongued and fashion dropped out of school for two years. Gu Shuheng who is only 16-year-old has grown up under the pressure of his parents who are professors. Together they experience lots of difficulties and distress and their youth shine as the lights in their dormitory.
