Episode 1
Zack, Cam and Spence turn the clock back in order to get a few extra minutes to work on their class assignment. However, they are sent back in time to 1912. They accidentally bring a student named Jeb McFadden back with them to the present, which threatens to erase both Gwen and the school from existence.
Episode 2
After Zack receives an F- on a physics pop quiz, Spence accidentally downloads a tutorial into his brain and he gradually gets more and more intelligent. When Zack is chosen to represent the school in a physics competition, his friendship with Spence is put at risk.
Episode 3
After being exposed to Ms. Arlington's sapphire bracelet, Zack loses the ability to lie.
Episode 4
After listening to a 1950s soul record backwards, Zack is possessed by the spirit of a beatnik.
Episode 5
While on a school camping trip, Zack accidentally transports himself, Cam and Spence to a parallel universe.

After using Girl Power deodorant, Zack transforms into a girl. He is extremely annoyed when Cam tries to set him up with Vernon and even more so when he thinks that Cam is trying to steal Sarah away from him.

After Dan becomes the school's temporary soccer coach, he is possessed by the ghost of a Scotsman named "Mighty Red" MacDonald who is obsessed with winning.

After Cam mocks his poor swimming performance in front of people, Zack turns him into a frog using a lucky charm from the Amazon.
Episode 12
A ghost named Gilbert Millerson, whom only Zack can see and hear, starts playing practical jokes and getting Zack into trouble with his father and Mr. Munk.

Zack is depressed that he may not make the Horace Hyde-White baseball team. After he saves his father's life by preventing him from being crushed by a jeep, he develops superspeed and superstrength similar to The Six Million Dollar Man (1974).
Episode 14
While cleaning up the living room, Zack and Spence are sucked up into the vacuum. Cam and Gwen have to figure out a way to rescue them before they are eaten by a spider.
Episode 15
After pulling the sword from the stone, Zack releases Merlin from centuries of confinement. Using the wizard's help, he tries to win his girlfriend Sarah back.
Episode 16
After Zack sets off the security detector at a music store, he develops the ability to attract stolen property, including a book by Archimedes worth $1,000,000, like a magnet.

Zack finds that he is overbooked. When a new concave mirror is installed, his reflection comes to live. Zack Two keeps joining more and more school clubs.
Episode 18
When Zack's mother Caroline pays him a visit, she brings a bottle of his favourite soda. When he drinks it, Zack develops the ability to teleport whenever he burps. Cam and Spence become concerned that he may not be able to control his teleportation and may pop to the Moon.
Episode 19
After Zack has trouble deciding whether to vote for Cam or Gwen in the election for class president, Spence suggests that he participate in a sensory deprivation experiment. As a result, Zack is sent to a parallel universe in which there are no colours and no choices.
Episode 20
Zack is extremely nervous about his Bar Mitzvah as he does not want to grow up. Consequently, he turns into an eight-year-old boy.
Episode 21
Zack, Cam and Spence are building a robot named Elmer for the science exhibition. After Zack uses special glasses, he gains the ability to see through Gwen's eyes and learns that she may be sabotaging Elmer.
Episode 22
After Cam and Spence push Zack into Mr. Munk's office, he becomes the assistant headmaster. Using his new authority, Zack decides to turn the school into a kid's paradise. However, Vernon's father Mr. Manteuffel, the head of the board of trustees, threatens to close the school down by the end of the day if things do not improve.

As a result of wearing gloves that Spence designed to play him music video games, Zack gains the ability to play the guitar like a rock star. However, he can only do so in the confines in his bedroom. This poses a problem when the band Scrap Heap wants to hear him as their new lead guitarist.

Zack learns that he is the star of his own reality show, "The Zack Show", in a parallel universe. However, ratings are flagging and if the show is cancelled, his universe will be destroyed.
Episode 25

After Zack loses his memory, Cam and Spence try to help him to get it back by reminding him of his previous paranormal excursions.
Episode 26
Zack must learn Romeo's role in order to pass his English theater exam. However, when he has learn nothing, even the story, he finds himself in another dimension where he plays Romeo while Gwen is Juliet, Cam is Tybalt and Spence is the monk.
