This journey begins at the Isles of Shoals off the Maine coast before crossing to the mainland and the harbor town of Kittery. From there the journey heads northeast up the coast past small harbors and rivers to Kennebunkport and the summer home of a presidential family. Our journey ends at the nearby historic shipyard of Bath.

From there it is east to the rocky peninsula of Gibraltar, before turning north up the Costa del Sol to the resort towns of Marbella and then Fuengirola. From there it's just a short distance to the spectacular rock formations in the El Torcal Park.

From there it is north to Odense and the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen, before turning west to Jutland and Billund, the home of Lego. Inland we fly over the vast Limfjord before turning north to the very tip of Denmark at Skagen.
