Witness a day in the life at Busch Gardens Tampa. It's 6:30 in the morning, and The Wildlife Docs are arriving at the park. They immediately make a house call on the Serengeti Plain to deal with a gazelle. While out, they get an emergency call about a Golden Conure acting strange so they bring it back to the Animal Care Center for a check- up. While the Docs work in the ACC, the Animal Care Specialists pick-up food in the Nutrition Kitchen to feed their animals. Training is going on with the lions, elephants, hippos and orangutans. The Educators are making enrichment items for the gorillas in the Education Kitchen. Back at the ACC, Dr. Dominique and Dr. Nancy are trying to decipher if a grey kangaroo has pneumonia while Dr. Pete is performing surgery on an owl. When your job is to take care of 12,000 animals, every day is a big day at Bush Garden Tampa.
