Episode 1

Congress has poured seven billion dollars into a large and deep hole in the ground - the home of Project TicToc and its revolutionary new technology, the Time Tunnel. A mechanism intended to access past and future, the tunnel is not quite ready despite a decade of work and all the billions. Senator Clark declares his intention to cut funding and abandon the project. Desperate scientist Tony Newman uses the apparatus to send himself through time to prove the concept. But the TicToc team cannot retrieve him, and so his mentor Doug Phillips goes back to help Tony out of the peril he has landed in: he has arrived on the RMS Titanic the day before she struck an iceberg and sank.

But that's tomorrow's news - today's is Tony's desperate attempt to learn what happened to his father, who disappeared during the attack and was never seen again. And they must evade the murderous efforts of the Japanese agents who are convinced the Americans did not appear in their consulate by mistake.

Doug and Tony are transported to New Orleans where Tony steals two buckskins for them to wear. They are captured by the British Seventh Royal Regiment commanded by Colonel 'The Butcher' Southall. They find themselves behind the British lines in the War of 1812 against the United Kingdom where they are mistakenly taken to be spies. They go to a partial court martial and sentenced to be executed by firing squad by The Butcher. Furthermore they realize that the day is 07 January 1815, the eve of the ultimate attack of Colonel Southall against the strongest side of Commander Andrew Jackson's defenses, when the British officer led his men to a slaughter. Meanwhile General Kirk invites the British General Phillip Southall, who is a descendant of The Butcher, to visit The Time Tunnel facility to feed the personnel with information about his ancestor.

Tony and Doug are transported to Krakatoa, a volcanic island between Java and Sumatra in great activity, and the blowup seems to be imminent. The travelers in time are attacked by superstitious natives who believe that a sacrifice would appease the fire, but they are rescued by the British Dr. Everett Holland, who is researching the volcano with his daughter Eve. They ask the date, and the Hollands say that it is 26 August 1883, the eve of the explosive eruption that destroyed the island, encircled the globe with ash, and caused a tsunami that killed more than 36,000 people. Tony and Doug try to convince the Hollands to leave Krakatoa, but the distrustful Eve believes that they are American scientists interested in stealing her father's research. Meanwhile, the Time Tunnel personnel bring Tony back to the facility, but a time warp suspend the passage of time and the personnel are frozen. Tony collects information about the blowup in Krakatoa and returns to the island, leaving a message for Dr. Raymond Swain. When General Kirk succeeds in contacting Tony, Eve overhears the conversation, and Tony confesses that Doug and he are travelers in time. But they realize that there is a mistake in the date, and now it may be too late to leave Krakatoa.

Doug and Tony are transported to 1200 BC in the middle of the war between Greeks and Trojans. They are captured by Ulysses' men and their knowledge of history makes Ulysses believe that they are gods from the Olympus. When Doug is captured by the traitor Sardis and brought to Troy, he meets Helen of Troy and proves to Paris that he might be a god. Meanwhile Tony witnesses the construction of the Trojan Horse and joins the team that will break in Troy inside the horse to rescue Helen and Doug.

Doug and Tony are transported to the summer of 1876 and witness soldiers slaughtered by Indians in the middle of the desert. They are hunted and captured by three Indians; however Doug is rescued by the Trumpeter Tim that survived the massacre and is bringing a dispatch from General Crook to General George Armstrong Custer. Doug escapes but the leader of the Indians, Crazy Horse, brings Tony to the Indian camp to get information about the "Yellow Hair". Meanwhile, the Time Tunnel personnel summon the specialist in the Indian Wars period and Sioux descendent Dr. Charles Whitebird to provide information about the location. The researcher advises that the place is Montana and the day is the eve of the day of The Battle of the Little Bighorn, where Custer and the 7th Cavalry Regiment where defeated and annihilated by the Indians led by Sitting Bull.

Doug and Tony are transported to 1895 to the French penal colony of the Devil's Island, a prison where political and criminal prisoners where sent and never leave, and are mistakenly taken as two runaway prisoners. They try to explain the mistake to the cruel commanders that do not accept their explanations. When the prisoners decide to help the charismatic Captain Alfred Dreyfus to escape, Doug and Tony try to tell them that this is a doomed plan since Dreyfus has never escaped from the hellish island.

Doug and Tony are transported to Paris, in the period of the French Revolution. When one local is sent to prison and sentenced to the guillotine for helping Doug and Tony, the scientists decide to rescue him to escape. The man asks them to help the French Queen Marie Antoinette and the Dauphin and in return, he would provide the necessary documentation to leave Paris.

Doug and Tony are transported to Russia on 16 June 1956, and sooner they receive an F-5 probe from the Time Tunnel personnel with the message "Meet Alexis". They meet the double agent Alexis that gives papers and free access to them to the facilities of the Russian Project A-13. They discover that Professor Anton Biraki has built a Time Tunnel very similar to theirs, and they have been assigned to pilot a doomed capsule in the first time travel. Meanwhile in the present days, Professor Biraki is in the United States offering his knowledge to the government.

Doug and Tony are transported to February 1861 to a barn where a group of conspirators leaded by Jeremiah plots a plan to kill Abraham Lincoln, but they are surprised by a raid of governmental agents. Tony flees with Jeremiah and his brother Matthew while Doug is arrested by Pinkerton's men. The fanatic Jeremiah has prepared a time-bomb to blow up Lincoln's train but Tony knows that the plan is doomed to fail since history tells that Lincoln will die only four years later. When Jeremiah discovers that Lincoln is at the depot with Doug, he decides to blow up the spot; Tony tries to save his partner by is tied up to a chair in the brother's house.

Doug is captured by the men of the rebel Hara Singh who are organizing an uprising (Night of the Long Knives) against the invaders from Afghanistan. Tony meets the journalist Rudyard Kipling at the beginning of his career and they head to the British fort. Together they try to convince Colonel Fettretch to attack the Indians and rescue Doug. Meanwhile, the time tunnel personnel are having troubles to give a magnetic fix on Doug and Tony in time.

Doug and Tony are transported to the Cherbourg Penisula on 04 June 1944, forty-eight hours before the D-Day. Doug and Tony are captured by the Gestapo after an attack of the French underground resistance. Doug is submitted as subject to an experiment of Dr. Hans Kleinemann and he is brainwashed and reprogrammed to kill Tony. Meanwhile Dr. Kleinemann asks Major Hoffman to let Tony escape as part of his experiment. However, Tony is captured by three members of the resistance and has to prove that he is not German.

Doug and Tony are transported to England to the Thirteenth Century. There a group of barons, leaded by Baron Earl of Huntington (a.k.a. Robin Hood) are trying to force King John to sign the Magna Carta. The Earl of Huntington is captured and tortured in the dungeon in order to reveal the location of the meeting, while Doug and Tony organize with Friar Tuck, Little John and a group of outlaws to break in the castle and rescue Robin Hood.

Stuck on a Pacific island that is about to be bombarded by the American Navy in February 1945, Doug and Tony are captured by a downed Japanese pilot and a Japanese Army sergeant. To help the Time Tunnel staff locate this island and their two time travelers, they bring in an officer who served on that island who will not help them unless they save his son, the pilot who died during World War II.

Doug and Tony are transported to a spacecraft with two weird aliens that intend to invade Earth to steal proteins for their dying planet. They land on Mullins, Arizona, in 1885, and the aliens use a device called "Projector" to subdue the earthlings. The time travelers decide to resist the invasion to save Earth from the eminent destruction, but the powerful aliens seem to be unbeatable.

Doug and Tony are transported to 1915, in Italy, during a German bombardment of the villa of Count Enrico Galba. The time travelers seek shelter in the cellar which caves in and exposes the grave of the Roman Emperor, Nero. When a German soldier comes to the cellar, he is stabbed by a mysterious force. Doug and Tony escape from the German soldiers and find a secret passage behind a wall which leads them to the manor of Count Galba. They are imprisoned in a room and there they discover that the ghost of Nero is seeking revenge against Count Galba, who is the descendant of an enemy of Nero. Meanwhile the Time Tunnel personnel tries to help Tony, who is possessed by the ghost of Nero, and the ghost travels to the presents days, jeopardizing the facility.

Doug and Tony are transported to the camp of Joshua, the leader of the Israelites. Tony discloses secrets that only Joshua knows and he believes the two time travelers have been sent by God. He assigns them to spy on the city of Jericho. The two scientists help the sister of Rahab but Doug is captured by the captain and arrested and thrown in Jericho's dungeons.

Landing in 1881 New Mexico in the middle of a jailbreak of Billy the Kid, to defend Tony Doug shoots at Billy who escapes swearing to hunt down Doug. According to their research back at the Time Tunnel, two unknown strangers were killed by him on that date.

Doug and Tony are transported to a ship that is attacked by pirates led by the evil Captain Beal and they disembark in an island on the Barbary Coast in April 1805. They do not have means to pay the ransom, but Armando, who is the nephew of the King of Spain, requests their services as servant to save them from the pirates. The bond with the ten year-old boy forces Doug and Tony to protect him. Meanwhile the American Captain Stephan Decatur and his fleet bomb the pirate vessels and rescue Tony while Doug and Armando are in the island.

Episode 24

Doug and Tony are transported to the Grand Canyon, Arizona, in 1547. Meanwhile, the saboteur Raul Nimon kills Dr. Alfred Stiles and plants a nuclear bomb with a timing device in the phase synchronizer console; however, the security seals all the exit and Nimon escapes through the time tunnel that is fixed in Doug and Tony. General Kirk orders the scientists to capture Nimon and discover where the bomb is hidden. However the tunnel is out of control and sends the trio to one million years in the future in a society organized like a beehive. However Nimon had arrived ten years before and is building a time machine trying to return to the present days. When the time tunnel personnel tries to transfer the trio to another time, they accidentally brings the soldier Vokar and the worker Zee together to one million years BC. The scientists try to force Nimon to tell where the nuclear device was planted in the last chance to save his friends and themselves.

Ending up on different sides just prior to the Battle of Gettysburg, Doug and Tony must stop an attempt by Machiavelli (who had traveled in time from the Renaissance due to the Time Tunnel Project) from trying to affect the outcome of the battle and send him back into time.

Doug and Tony are transported to 1287 and are captured by the Mongol Batu that tortures Tony trying to discover the breach in the walls of Marco Polo's fort. However, Doug manages to escape bringing Tony and is helped by Marco Polo and his men. Tony is nursed by Sarita, the daughter of Kubla Kahn, and they fall in love for each other. However Batu wants to get married with Sarita to unite Mongolia and conquer Asia and Europe. Doug and Tony help Marco Polo to produce bombs and protect the fort.

Episode 27

Doug and Tony are transported to Cornwall, England, in 544 AD by Merlin the Magician to help King Arthur against an invasion of Vikings. Doug is stabbed by one warrior while Tony and Arthur are imprisoned in the dungeon by Wogan and his warriors. However, Merlin revives Doug and together with Guinevere they try to break in the castle to save Tony and Arthur.

Episode 28

Dr. Ann MacGregor is kidnapped by a time traveler from the future that came from the star Canopus. Dr. Raymond Swain finds the coordinates he had used and is authorized by General Kirk to send Doug and Tony to rescue Ann. The scientists are received by the Curator of Canopus that tells that they are in the year 8433 AD of Earth and he used Ann as bait to bring them to his planet. Further, he intends to drain the brains of Doug and Tony to learn their experience and increase his knowledge. When the time tunnel personnel tries to bring the trio of scientists back, the time traveler Ott returns to the complex and steals the space-time converter and the tunnel is useless. Doug and Tony seek the apparatus and try to send Ann back using the teleport chamber of the aliens.

Episode 29

Doug and Tony are transported to Sudan on 02 November 1883 on the day of the battle between the British invaders and the Arabs in Khartoum and they stumble in an alien invasion from Aristos that will begin launching missiles in London and other major cities. When the time tunnel personnel interfere with the plans of the alien leader, he sends a sophisticated and indestructible bomb to the complex.

Doug and Tony are transported to a mysterious laboratory in Cliffport, Maine, on 10 September 1978, and sooner they discover that the local population has been frozen by aliens that intend to steal the oxygen of the atmosphere. Meanwhile, the connection of the time tunnel complex with Doug and Tony is locked and the oxygen in the complex is also drained jeopardizing the personnel.
