The Suite Life Sets Sail

Zack, Cody, London, and Mr. Moseby set sail on the S.S. Tipton for their semester at sea. London uses jewelry to bribe her roommate, Padma, to leave the ship so she can have a room to herself. Cody finds himself sharing a room with Woody, who is very messy. Zack shares a room with Bailey, who is a neat freak. Nobody knows that Bailey is a girl who disguised herself as a boy in order to gain a position on the ship after she found that there were no more vacancies for girls. Zack and Cody agree to switch roommates, but Zack changes his mind after he finds out that Bailey is a girl. After everyone else eventually finds this out, Bailey is allowed to stay, filling the position vacated by London's ex-roommate, and Bailey becomes London's new roommate. This is the last straw for London and she escapes to Parrot Island via helicopter.

Parrot Island

Following the events of the first episode, London has ran away to Parrot Island after she refuses to have Bailey as her roommate or attend Seven Seas High. Miss Tutweiller, Mr. Moseby, Zack, Cody, and Bailey are forced to get London. But matters become worse when London and her friends end up in jail because of the owner's grudge towards Mr. Tipton for taking all of the trees and for ruining his island. London pays off the debt to the owner, she and her friends are bailed out of jail. On the S.S. Tipton, Mr. Moseby grounds London for running away and he decides to keep a very close eye on her.

Bailey is mad that London is hogging all the space in their cabin, so she decides to trick her with the myth of the "Sea Snark." She later feels guilty and tells her the truth. Zack uses up both his and Cody's meal cards buying things for all of the girls on the ship.

The Kidney of the Sea

Zack meets a kind-hearted rich girl named Violet, but her stuck-up boyfriend and her mother don't like Zack because of his social standing. At dinner, Ashton gifts Violet an extravagant necklace, leaving Zack dejected over not winning Violet's heart. On the Sky Deck, Zack and Violet start to spend time together, but Ashton witnesses that Violet's love for Zack has nourished. Meanwhile, London and Bailey compete against each other in a pet competition, but London becomes dismayed that Bailey's pet, Porkers is winning. During a birthday party on the Sky Deck, Ashton discreetly places a valuable necklace inside Zack's pocket. Violet arrives at the party and she reveals she can't find her necklace. Zack soon finds the necklace in his pocket, but Mr. Moseby comes to Zack's defense and he knows that Zack would never steal, but the Diamond for the necklace is also missing. During the pet competition, London complains that Ivanna should find items that she can find. Ivanna soon finds the missing Diamond in Ashton's pocket, causing everyone to realize that he is responsible for the theft. Zack tries to stop Ashton by himself, but during the ensuing chase; Ashton is covered birthday cake and he suffers a humiliating defeat. Cody decides that Ivanna and Porkers are tied in the competition, London and Bailey walk away. At night on the Sky Deck, Violet throws her necklace into the ocean and London also gets rid of her old jewelry, she tells Violet that she should get rid of her earrings and she heads back to her cabin, Violet watches the night sky.

Cody reunites with his former girlfriend, Barbara and Zack meets up with his friend, Bob on the S.S. Tipton. On the Sky Deck, Cody learns that his former girlfriend is dating Bob and he lies to Barbara and Bob that he is dating Bailey in order to drive a wedge between them, but Bailey comes back to the boat early. During a movie screening, Cody tries to make Barbara jealous by making moves on Bailey, but she discovers Cody's ruse; she and Barbara to leave in anger, Bob also leaves in disgust over Cody's pettiness. Cody realizes his mistake and he learns that his jealousy has caused him to act poorly towards his friend and former girlfriend, he apologizes to Bailey by giving her an apology bear and she forgives him by kissing Cody on the cheek. Bob apologizes to Zack for not being able to spend time with him, but Zack admits that they both drifted apart from their lives. Barbara forgives Cody for lying to her about Bailey and the two part ways. Meanwhile, London's friend, Chelsea visits the S.S. Tipton; London enlists Woody to pose as her butler and he develops a crush on Chelsea. However, Chelsea learns that London is attending high school on the S.S. Tipton and she decides to tell everyone that London has been abducted by aliens, causing London to agree with Chelsea's claim.

Boo You

London starts a new segment called "Boo You" and she starts humiliating Bailey non-stop. When London's latest segment leaves Bailey humiliated in front of everyone, including Holden; Bailey furiously breaks the camera and she refuses to forgive London for ridiculing her. Realizing how her actions have caused a lot of trouble, London secretly organizes a date between Bailey and Holden as an apology, but Bailey believes that London is pranking her and Holden starts to lose interest in Bailey. London apologizes to Bailey for humiliating her and she forgives her roommate. Meanwhile, Zack and Cody help Kirby pass his equivalency exam so he can earn a promotion, but he starts to get nervous. Zack and Cody are able to help Kirby by asking him questions from the world history section and he decides to take the test. Kirby passes his exam and he gets his promotion.
