Zack and Cody become fed up with Mr. Moseby and they wish to have superpowers. The next morning, Zack and Cody are excited to have powers, but they learn that Mr. Moseby has superpowers, only he uses his powers for evil. Mr. Moseby brainwashes Arwin and Esteban to become his minions. Mr. Moseby plans on using his adult ray to turn children into grown ups. Zack and Cody are able to thwart Mr. Moseby's plans and he is turned into a baby. In the end, Cody tells Zack that it was all a dream and they never got superpowers because Zack ate three slices of cold pepperoni pizza the other night. When Zack supposedly sees the evil invention, he runs away in terror. Arwin reveals to Cody that the invention he made is actually meant to clean toilets.

Mr. Moseby takes in his niece Nia, in order to smooth out her sassy attitude and short fuse. Moseby believes that a job at the candy-counter might be the perfect remedy.

Zack and Cody are dog-sitting for London during a Scottish vacation, when one of the twins accidentally breaks something of hers, an alabaster bust of London herself. Luckily, a girl that Cody likes wants to celebrate her 13th birthday at the Tipton, and when she and her mother find the hotel is overbooked, they seize the opportunity to raise money for repairing London's broken statue, and drag Moseby's cousin Nia into the scheme. The swindle starts to fall apart however, when London returns from Scotland earlier than the Martin Twins expected. Part of the reason for this overbooking has to do with a Barbershop Quartet Convention, and one such quartet falls head over heels for Carey... all four of them!!

The Arwin That Came to Dinner

Arwin's mother gets married and she moves out, Arwin his heartbroken over his mother's departure, Zack and Cody allow Arwin to stay with them but his antics start to annoy the twins and Carey. Zack and Cody help Arwin pack all of his knick-knacks, the twins give Arwin's apartment a make-over. Meanwhile, Lance breaks up with London and she doesn't take the break up well. London has Nia get information over Lance's mystery girlfriend. Nia reveals to London that Lance is dating a mermaid, even though she is not a actual mermaid. London decides to win Lance over by dressing up like a mermaid, but her efforts on winning her ex-boyfriend back results in her getting into a fight with Wanda (Lance's current girlfriend) and it ends with her getting injured. London and Lance realize they barely have anything in common, she immediately breaks up with him. At the lobby, Zack and Cody notice Norman is dressed like Neptune. Cody asks Zack where he put the owls and he reveals to Cody that he gave the owls a home. Mr. Moseby walks into his office and he sees the owls, causing him to run away in terror.

The Tipton staff and London must attend a team building seminar after each of them get into disagreements, it doesn't go as planned when everyone has trouble trusting each other and they continue on bickering during team excercises. Meanwhile, Zack and Cody secretly lets a bug convention commence after Zack drives away some bagpipers from the hotel. The bugs soon escape from the room, the twins enlist Skippy to help them capture the insects. When the twins and Skippy try to find the hissing cockroaches within the hotel, Team Tipton notices the cockroaches and they help the twins put the cockroaches in a crate. Zack confesses that he lured some entomologists away from the St. Mark Hotel in order to make up for driving the bagpipers away. Mr. Moseby is impressed for what Zack has done. Team Tipton decides to teach Sandy what team building really is about.

London has to get in shape by taking a fencing class, and wants Maddie to do it too. At first she refuses, but once she sees the good-looking fencing instructor, Diego, she gives in. She and London agree that neither of them should date Diego (or, at least Maddie agrees to it). Of course, they each go on a date with him and find out not long after. And it turns out that Diego has a girlfriend! London and Maddie fight for Diego's heart--by having a fencing match! However, they eventually call a truce and leave Diego. Zack and Cody have a science project on microbes, but this one has a strange twist--Zack is (gasp!) doing all the work, and Cody isn't doing anything! Zack tells Cody about all the germs around your average everyday items, which makes Cody go completely germophobic--he starts wearing a germ-proof suit (which ends up getting accidentally popped during Maddie and London's fencing match). Meanwhile, Zack has found what he thinks is black mold, one of the worst kinds, in the kitchen. Will Cody come out of his germ suit and save the day? See for yourself! This episode is packed with interesting events, including a birthday celebration for a 104-year-old man! Plus, a special guest checks into the Tipton--the great skateboarding prodigy, Mr. Tony Hawk himself!
