Roughly fifteen years ago, everyone on earth awoke to find an identical blue mark somewhere on their bodies. Though the origin of the mark is unknown, we've since learned that it is a gateway to a meeting with a being called The Spectre. The Spectre can appear as any form it desires to the caller through a dreamlike meeting. Afterward, The Spectre effects a change in the caller's consciousness to either help or punish them.
