Unfortunately their space capsule malfunctions and crashes in Minnesota. David is accidentally injected with too much of the serum, resulting in violent, animalistic behavior and super human strength. Dr. Rudy Wells and Col. Steve Austin are first on the scene.

Oscar Goldman reminds him that the Senator was directly responsible for the funding of Austin's bionics. On the way back Steve shares a small private plane with the Senator, his son and his chief aide, when they are caught in bad weather and Hill's reflexes once again falter.

When she refused to travel to the research center in Mountain Springs by airplane, Steve Austin, posing as her bodyguard transports Pal-Mir and her doctor by the OSI's mobile field unit.

On top of that, Barney is having considerable trouble adjusting to being part machine.

A family of four space explorers, each trained with specific tasks has crash landed on Earth, only to find that touching a human causes both parties great pain and will eventually kill the alien beings.

Unfortunately, the small town folk of Broken Fork are very suspicious of strangers and Angie's patients in particular.

Steve Austin happens by chance to reunite with, Jamie Sommers, his childhood love who is now a tennis pro. Their relationship is renewed and things look bright for the both of them. However, that soon changes when the pair go skydiving and Jamie suffers a serious accident that permanently cripples most of her limbs and an ear. Desperately, Steve Austin begs his boss, Oscar Goldman, to equip Jamie with the same bionic implants he himself received. Goldman agrees and has Jamie outfitted with two legs, a right arm and an artificial ear. Now Jamie must come to terms with the fact she now can function normally, but the implants also give her incredible strength and speed while her ear can detect nearly any sound regardless of distance, volume or frequency. Unfortunately, there are unforeseen consequences as well to this boon that place her in the kind of danger from which there seems to be no escape.
