So Todd decides to call Fleemco to replace Pops with a pro-baseball player who knows what he's doing. / Riley and her friends, Abbey and Tasumi, are trying to sell beef jerky for the Happy Hornet's Annual Beef Jerky Charity Fundraising Contest, which they lose every year to another troupe. Scoutleader Susan, leader of Riley's troupe, is such a stickler for the rules, they could never possibly win. So Riley calls Fleemco for a replacement, someone who knows how to sell and won't get caught up in a lot of little rules.

In the end Riley does the right thing and all of the original cheerleaders are back on the team and all of the new cheerleaders are off the team.

When not even Fleemco can replace the head of the agency to help her get in, only Todd can sneak them both into their new school, where he falls head over heels for a girl, and both are used in a plot to find the thief who stole the greatest spy book ever written.

Todd's replacement gets Mr. Vanderbausch angered with Riley and gives her double-detention. While Riley angers Mr. Vanderbausch more, Todd tries to bail her out without Conrad's help.
