When he tells Sydney who tells Parker who learns that Lyle is the one and that her father is letting him do it or so he says. Jarrod tries to recall the rest of the simulation so that he could rescue the woman.

Jarod meets a girl who is trying to get her father, who died in Vietnam, on the memorial. But it seems like he was deemed a traitor therefore not worthy to be on it. But the girl thinks that's all a lie and tries to prove it. So Jarod assumes the identity of an Army Lieutenant and joins the unit which is commanded by a man the girl's father served with. Jarod discovers there was a traitor but not the girl's father. And when Broots has to go somewhere, he needs to find someone to take care of his daughter and the only person available is Parker. And while she takes care of her, she remembers her mother and opens the last gift from her mother.

The guy who found Jarod finds his phone and calls Sydney but it's Brigitte who answers. The guy then offers to turn Jarod in for a price.

Upon arriving, another inspector assumes that the pilot may have been at fault, but Jarod doesn't think so.

And just when Lyle was about to cut off one of Jarod's fingers, he is saved by his brother, Kyle. And they set out to find the Sheriff's wife.

Before they could ask him anything, a bank robber comes in and shoots Fenigor. He holds everyone there hostage. Jarod tries to help Fenigor while trying to find a way out of this situation.
