But it turns out that she is one of their many antagonists, Sedusa.

Telephonies: The Gang Green Gang starts making a series of prank phone calls and they send the Powerpuff Girls on a wild goose chase, when they assume Mojo Jojo, HIM, and Fuzzy Lumpkins are doing villainy but they are actually taking some time off. When the three villains learn about the Gang Green Gang's actions, they take matters into their own hands and they fight the criminals. The Mayor tries to call the girls for help after he sees the villains fighting in his office, but the girls think it's a prank and they go back to sleep. When the Powerpuff Hotline rings again, Buttercup destroys the phone with her laser eyes. Tough Love: The Powerpuff Girls have become incredibly well-liked by their fellow citizens and their loved ones, but HIM becomes jealous over the girls' popularity, and he enacts a diabolical scheme to get everyone to hate the girls. When the Powerpuff Girls try to help out their loved ones, they get attacked by the citizens and they learn that HIM is responsible for brainwashing their loved ones into hating them. The girls fight off their loved ones by knocking them out one by one and the girls warn HIM not to manipulate their loved ones again, causing the villain to admit defeat. At the hospital, the girls apologize to everyone for hurting them and they admit that HIM was responsible for brainwashing them, but the citizens forgive the girls for what happened.

In "Ice Sore", during an intense heat wave, Blossom develops a new superpower, one that makes her sisters jealous, but her schoolmates popular with her: ice breath.

Cat Man Do: The Powerpuff Girls save an innocent cat from a supervillain they have defeated, but the girls don't realize that the cat is the real villain and he was manipulating the man to commit his crimes. The girls take the cat home, Professor Utonium allows the girls to keep the cat, but their new pet starts to manipulate the Professor to get a valuable gem from the Townsville Museum. The girls soon learn that the cat was responsible for the theft of the gem and the girls head out to save the Professor. The cat uses his weapon in order to reverse the roles of cats and their owners. The girls put a stop to the cat's evil plan and the Professor snaps out of his trance, they head home and the cat is left behind. Impeach Fuzz: The Mayor starts running for re-election, much to the dismay of the citizens, they start to elect Fuzzy Lumpkins to be mayor and he wins the election. Fuzzy forces the girls to do menial tasks and he makes Sara wear provocative clothing. The girls and Sara decide to put an end to Fuzzy's leadership for good and the Mayor challenges Fuzzy to a wrestling match. The Mayor impulsively chooses the Professor to fight off Fuzzy and his family, but he ends up getting injured, causing the girls to take immediate action and they defeat Fuzzy's family members. The Mayor is unable to defeat Fuzzy and he proceeds to taunt the Mayor by trying on his hat, causing the Mayor to furiously fight back against Fuzzy. The Mayor finally regains his positon and he makes the girls chase his pet pig.

Just Another Manic Mojo/Mime for a Change

In "Just Another Manic Mojo", Mojo Jojo's morning routine is disrupted by the Powerpuff Girls when their ball that they are playing with ends up in his lair. Mojo then uses this opportunity to try and eliminate his nemeses for good. In "Mime for a Change", Rainbow the Clown is accidentally transformed by bleach into an evil mime who can eliminate color and sound.
