From mountain biking down an actual mountain, fishing for sharks, diving an abandoned reef, dancing a true Newfoundlander jig, and zip lining across a gigantic gorge, Deb is jumping in and giving it her all.

Stand up comedian and HBO star Jon Dore is making his philanthropic mother Sharron take some much needed me-time by taking her on the ultimate adventure. With her son's support, Sharron will try zip lining over Niagara Falls before white water rafting underneath them. Once they're finished in Niagara Falls they'll head back to Toronto where Sharron will try her own hand at stand-up comedy, and then face her fear of heights, by walking around the tallest freestanding structure in the world, on the outside.

Actor and singer James Maslow is taking his dad Mike to the Nevada desert where they'll push themselves to the limits, all in the name of adventure. Zipping over the water in foot mounted jetpacks, dune buggy racing through the searing desert, crushing cars in giant construction vehicles, and plunging from a plane at 10,000 feet.
Episode 4
Jaleel White, star of Family Matters wants to reconnect with his mom Gail, by giving her the adventure of a lifetime in New Mexico. Gail likes to be in control of any situation, so with Jaleel in charge this week, she's in for a few surprises. They start, in a giant off-road vehicle that rumbles through the desert, and a herd of buffalo that get too close for comfort. Next, Gail confronts her fear of insects, by handling 20,000 bees. No trip to New Mexico would be complete without a chili eating contest, and since she also has a fear of heights, of course they finish their adventure soaring above the cliffs in a hot air balloon ride.

After years of living on opposite coasts, international supermodel Coco Rocha is reconnecting with her father Trevor Haines through the trip of a lifetime in Montreal. Even though Trevor is more comfortable beach bound, Coco is determined to get her father out of his comfort zone by challenging him to a weekend complete with race car driving, high flying on a circus trapeze, a high adrenaline forest adventure and finally, taste testing a few of our creepy crawly friends. Keshia played Rudy Huxtable on the hit series The Cosby Show, and she's determined to pull her mom Denise from the sidelines into a life of adventure. Denise is laid back, but for their first adventure she'll be driving a Lamborghini at over 80 mile per hour. Next up is horse jumping, followed by Denise's number one fear: giant insects. As if that weren't enough, they finish their trip in the bayou, feeding it's vast population of hungry alligators.

Eric Roberts has starred in hundreds of Hollywood films, but none of that has prepared him for what his stepson Keaton Simons has in store for him in Hawaii. First up is a trek up the side of a volcano, and the only way down is with a parasail. After conquering his fear of heights, Eric and Keaton take to dune buggies through the lush Hawaiian forest. Then they leave the land for the sea, learning to surf world famous Hawaiian waves, and following up with the ultimate sea adventure: swimming with sharks.

Former NHL All-star MVP John Scott is hanging up his ice skates to take his gentle mum Marilyn on a week of extreme adventure. Marilyn is used to watching from the stands, but this week she'll be stepping up, no matter how terrified she may be. Day one, they zip high in the Rocky Mountains, across one of North America's longest ziplines. Then they off-road through the BC backcountry, where Marilyn gets the best of her son. There's no slowing down as John and Marilyn blast down a bob sled course at lightning speeds. And just when she thought she could calm down, Marilyn will be bungie jumping high above a BC gorge.

It was tough for 90210 star Jennie Garth to send her eldest daughter Luca off to college in New York but these California girls have chosen to reunite on an exhilarating Alaskan adventure. Over the course of a week, Jennie has to learn how to slowly let go of the reins and let her daughter take control while they race sled dogs, try their hand at winter biking and snowmobiling, before really diving into life in Alaska with a Polar Bear dip.

Parenthood star Monica Potter is thanking her widowed mother Nancy for all of her sacrifice, with a week in Miami filled with adventures designed to help them both face their fears. Monica is challenging her mother to take stroll on the ocean floor at Miami Aquarium, swing from a high trapeze, get up close and personal with Florida natives like pythons and gators, before paragliding into the Miami sunset.
