There is little information to go on and the new president has to decide if the aliens are friends or foes.

Vallé explains to Raymond that the Earth has undergone a new ice age brought about by a bacteria that polymerized water allowing water to freeze at a much higher temperature. There are 7 others living in the house and with the exception of Gina, they seem to be quite an odd crew. Suddenly however, the characters all adopt a different personality. When it happens again, an explanation begins to take shape.
