Back at Scranton, over Jim's numerous losses against Darryl in ping-pong, Kelly has been smack- talking Pam. To get rid of this problem, Pam wants Jim to practice and have a rematch against Darryl.

While Jim uses this night to propose to Pam, someone else proposes. Back at corporate, Ryan gets arrested for Fraud because he was recording sales twice from the website and offices to deceive Dunder Mifflins shareholders.
