Episode 1
A body is found in the garden in Wales, whose it is and who killed them? A neighbour is accused of murder, plus violence erupts in Cheltenham and basement wars get dirty in Chelsea.
Episode 2
An elderly pensioner finds herself knocked to the ground during a violent assault when a driveway dispute turns nasty. When a neighbour starts blocking your driveway, few of us would be able to hold our tongue but when that neighbour builds a shed on the side of his house where his only access is across your land, many of us would retaliate. But for 70 year old Glenys Booth and husband David, putting up CCTV cameras only exacerbates the dispute with their neighbour - former boxing coach John Mulkeen. And when tempers reach boiling point punches are thrown and Glenys finds herself at the receiving end of her neighbour's wrath. When Michael Argyrou bought a plot of land in the Norfolk countryside he envisioned days and nights of quiet contemplation and relaxation. However when Jeffrey Hind bought the neighbouring plot and started breeding bull mastiffs, Argyrou's peace was shattered. The pair were soon at loggerheads and Argyrou found himself on the receiving end of a barrage of abuse from Hind. But when Argyrou's camera's caught an alleged assault from Hind, he was shocked to find himself up in court. In a retirement community in Frinton by the sea, residents enjoy a slower pace of life but things are about to change when Michael Last starts to give his neighbours a very personal performance.
Episode 3
Knives are drawn when one neighbour becomes territorial over the garden greenery. A retirement community arms themselves with secret cameras when they feel threatened by a resident and fly tipping and burning waste causes tempers to rise in the gardens of Kent. EPISODE SYNOPSIS: (300 WORDS APPROX) When new neighbours move in and make changes to your tranquil oasis, even the most tolerant among us can lose our temper. Marion Cleal and her son Jason have lived quietly in their peaceful suburb of Birmingham for 15 years so when the Reads moved in next door they didn't expect life to change. But when the new neighbours start making changes in their back garden and chop down ivy which grows over the Cleal's fence, tensions start to rise. And when the Reads turned their attentions to an overgrown bush in between their front garden and the Cleal's tempers flare, violence erupts and the knives are out tearing the Cleal's family life apart. In a peaceful retirement community in Dorset John Harris is looking forward to making some new friends and spending some quality time enjoying his passion for cars. What he didn't know was that his neighbour - Lionel Marais - was not planning on making him feel quite so welcome. Over several years John says Lionel launched a campaign of harassment against him and that climax's with assault and has John resorting to filming Lionel 24/7. After turning his attentions to other neighbours Lionel is soon slapped with a restraining order but the residents are still living in fear in his midst. In a leafy part of Kent house-proud Miles Thompson's enormous garden falls foul of a new neighbour, Nigel Claringbould, when the latter takes over a strip of land between their homes and starts fly tipping and burning waste.
Episode 4
Retaliation over loud music leaves tensions between neighbours in Preston at boiling point. Ian and Bilkish Bolton leave a speaker blaring music out all day after their new neighbours Mark and Jacqueline Gardner fail to turn down their stereo despite repeated requests. When the Bolton's return home to find their locks are glued and later find their van scratched they can only suspect it's the work of next door and install CCTV cameras in an attempt to catch out the Gardner's. Before long tensions flare over a wheelie bin sending his neighbours spiraling into a fit of rage and Ian's temper boils over and he sets off to confront his neighbour Mark. When Dawn Byrne lost her husband suddenly she and son Ken moved away to make a fresh start. But accusations from the neighbours upstairs leave the pair feeling distressed and angry. When the neighbour's complaints turn to their beloved pet dog, Dawn and Ken fear their life is about to be torn apart again. Life in a retirement complex in Bournemouth was filled with residents exploring their hobbies and reminiscing about the past.....until a new arrival thrusts the community into fearing for their safety when he assaults two pensioners. Only one man on the complex is up to confronting the new neighbour, but will he get the chance?
