Episode 1
And the Crown of King Arthur

Colonel Eve Baird who is a NATO Counter terrorism operative was in the midst of an op to take down some terrorists, when Flynn Carsen, the Librarian shows up looking for an artifact. Flynn somehow helps her and disappears when he gets what he came for. Baird reports what happened so her superiors decides to place her on leave. She then gets an invitation from the Library to come for an interview. She goes and is met by Charlene who says she'd being considered to be the Guardian of the Librarian. And Flynn doesn't think he needs one. And he is at the moment trying to find who the man who called him and who knew he's the Librarian and who would later be killed, is. He learns that the man was one of the candidates along with Flynn who were considered for the position of Librarian. And it appears that other candidates are being killed off. So they set out to find the remaining candidates and protect them. They learn that they're up against the Serpent Brotherhood and they are after the Crown of King Arthur. So they try to get to it first.

And the Sword in the Stone

After Flynn's wounded by Excalibur, and Judson and Charlene detach the Library so that the Serpent Brotherhood wouldn't get it. Flynn, Baird, Ezekiel and Jacob go through a portal and are greeted by a man named Jenkins who takes them to what he tells them is the Library's annex, where they can access information but not the Library. They need to find a way to help Flynn because all wounds inflicted by Excalibur don't heal and he doesn't have much time left. So they need to find Cassandra and stop the Serpent Brotherhood. They go to London and find Cassandra and set out to stop the Brotherhood and hopefully save Flynn.

And the Horns of a Dilemma

Baird is trying to train Ezekial, Cassandra and Jacob how to handle a (magical) situation should one arise. But all they want to do is go out on a mission. Baird doesn't think they are ready. But Jenkins reveals to them that the clipping book shows that 8 people have disappeared. They learn that they all were interns at a company. They go there and speak to the CEO and Baird suspects she knows more than she is saying. She goes to check on something while the others investigate on their own. They find themselves in what appears to be a maze complete with a Minotaur.

And Santa's Midnight Run

Christmas and the future of the world is threatened when the Serpent Brotherhood kidnaps Santa Claus. The Librarians and Colonel Baird travel to London to rescue Santa, and then must get him to Alaska and the Aurora Borealis. In Alaska, Colonel Baird spreads hope throughout the world with the help of Santa.

When the weather is going wild, the team tries to find out what's going on. That's when Flynn returns and tells them what's going on is the dragons are at war. That's when someone who represents one faction comes and tells them that one of their treasures has been stolen. And when they learn where it is, they need to steal it back and they would need Jones but because he was the one who first spoke to the representative, he needs to stay and entertain him and listen to his grievances and wait for the other representatives to arrive and mediate. So Flynn and the others go and when they get it, whoever touches it, his or her personality changes.

Flynn returns with something that he says will restore the main library. He says thank you to Jenkins for providing him with the info that help him find it. But Jenkins says he didn't send him anything. That's when they all collapse and Dulaque shows up and reveals he was the one who sent Flynn the info. He then enters a portal, Eve and Flynn follow him and discover he's trying to tamper with the Loom of Fate. When he does it. Eve finds herself in alternate realities wherein Flynn never became the Librarian and Jacob, Cassandra and Ezekiel are Librarians.
