Archie McLaren is the Founder and Chairmen of The Central Coast Wine Classic and has hosted a gala culinary event at Hearst Castle for the past 25 years. He joins his good friend Chef Michael Hutchings and Host Craig Case for a delightful episode of The Inn Crowd, including some excellent wine pairings from The Foley Food and Wine Society. This week The Inn Crowd is honored to welcome philanthropist and community leader Lady Leslie Ridley-Tree to The Crossroads Kitchen. Chef Michael Hutchings has selected a menu inspired by the British Isles including the salad served during the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953 (and again during her Diamond Jubilee in 2013). Host Craig Case also joins Chef Michael and Lady Leslie for some delicious Traditional English Bread Pudding in the Crossroads Dining Room.
