Chris and Jonathan bought a crumbling Grade II historic 16th century manor with their hearts rather than their heads. Alex helps the pair realize the mammoth task that lays ahead if they want to return the house to its former glory.

Nine direct family members are on staff at the 43-bedroom Forest Park Hotel. It's under major renovation and reconstruction while open, and has gone through many managers, with the owner eventually taking over.
