Episode 1
The Global Barber embarks on a journey cutting hair throughout Canada's East Coast. Driving from Ontario, Serving as an overture for the season ahead and starting in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Cedric checks out the Boyce Farmer's Market, Fredericton's Taproom Trail and visits Kings Landing Living History Museum, a village of actors living life as it was 200 years ago and the Fredericton Regional Museum to see the "Stanton Friedman Exhibit." Friedman was an American nuclear physicist and professional ufologist who resided in New Brunswick, Canada. He was the original civilian investigator of the Roswell UFO incident. In Nova Scotia Cedric takes a tour of the Halifax Warterfront by boat, before experiencing the majestic shores at Peggy's Cove and tasting whisky in Cape Breton at Glenora Inn and Distillery, North America's first single malt whisky distillery. Prince Edward Island features red, sandy beaches, a seafood feast and live musical performance from Singer/Songwriter Liam Corcoran, at the Trailside Music Hall, located in the Arts Hotel. In Newfoundland, Cedric checks out Signal Hill in St. John's, the site where the first transatlantic wireless signal was received by Guglielmo Marconi. Down on the infamous George Street, Cedric gets sworn in as an honorary Newfoundlander, where he drinks rum, eats baloney and 'kisses the cod' in a traditional Screech-In Ceremony.
