Meet the Girls

Hugh Hefner's three girlfriends are introduced. The #1 girlfriend, who has been with Hef for three and a half years, is Holly Madison. Bridget Marquardt, a graduate student, has been Hef's girlfriend for three years. The newest and youngest of the girlfriends is Kendra Wilkinson, who has been Hef's girlfriend for one year. The girls talk about their lives before coming to live at the Playboy Mansion, their current lifestyles, and their pets. Later, we see the girls getting their hair done before accompanying Hef to the American Film Institute tribute to George Lucas. Holly has her hair done in Princess Leia style in honor of the event. Later, back at the Mansion, Kendra looks for a DVD to watch, and Holly admits that as much as she likes Bridget and Kendra as her friends, she would eventually like to be the only woman in Hef's life.

Episode 2

New Girls in Town

Tiffany Fallon is honored as the 2005 Playmate of the Year in a luncheon at the Mansion. Later, future Playmates Sara Underwood and Raquel Gibson come to stay at the Mansion in preparation for their test shoots. The girls have different reactions to the succession of potential Playmates who are frequently found at the Mansion; Holly has her guard up around them, Bridget is jealous because being a Playmate has been her dream since childhood, and Kendra enjoys meeting the new people. Kendra takes Sara to a batting cage while Holly and Bridget go ice skating with Raquel. Later, Hef, the girls, Sara, Raquel, and others go to a club. Bridget is amused to see Sara and Raquel drinking the night before having their test shoots. Later on, the whole group goes to a restaurant, where Hef's food is prepared according to his very particular instructions. After the meal, everyone tries to hang spoons on their noses. When they return to the Mansion, Hef has news for Holly, Bridget, and Kendra - he's planning to feature them on the cover of Playboy and in a pictorial in the magazine. They're all thrilled, although not necessarily for the same reasons.

Episode 3

Happy Birthday, Kendra!

Hef, the girls, and friends go to the Playboy Jazz Festival at the Hollywood Bowl. They go by motor coach due to the size of the entourage, and Kendra and others start partying right there on the bus. Mansion staff members talk about all the work they need to put into any event that Hef goes to with regard to bringing glasses, wine, champagne, etc. That night, after the concert, Kendra is excited because her birthday is coming up the following day. On the day of the birthday party, Holly and Bridget go shopping at various party stores for gifts and decorations. Meanwhile, Kendra's mother, brother, grandmother, and best friend arrive at the Mansion for the party. The sun comes out in time for the group to hold the birthday party by the pool, and Kendra cuts the cake and opens her gifts. Afterwards, she thanks Hef, Holly, and Bridget for a perfect day.

Episode 4

What Happens in Vegas

The girls get up at 4:30 a.m. so they can fly to Las Vegas for Playmate Carmella DeCesare's birthday party. Because Hef will not be accompanying them, they are expected to return by their usual curfew of 9 p.m. that night. When it's time to leave for the airport, Kendra can't find her present for Carmella, and Holly is afraid they will be late for the plane. Eventually Kendra gives up on the search and the girls do make their flight to Las Vegas. When they arrive, they go to the Palms Casino and check into the Hugh Hefner Suite. Soon afterward, they meet up with Carmella, her boyfriend Jeff Garcia, and Playmate Destiny Davis. The group spends most of the day hanging out by the pool, where they drink cocktails and have birthday cake. As they get ready for dinner, Holly is once again concerned about the time because it is her responsibility to get herself, Bridget and Kendra back to the Mansion before curfew. As it turns out, their flight is delayed, and Holly calls Hef to explain. Hef is up late that night anyway so he doesn't object when the girls get back late.

Episode 5

Fight Night

Fight Night is approaching, when the Mansion is to host a card of boxing matches to be taped for ESPN. Among the people coming for the boxing is Hef's ex-girlfriend Barbi Benton, and Holly wants to make a good impression on her. Barbi has lunch with Hef and the girls, where she makes some comments about the girls' ages to which Holly and Bridget later take offense. That night, there are various celebrities in the audience for the fights. Kendra is particularly impressed by one man she sees, although the "man" turns out to be just a mannequin. Also, Bridget gets a new puppy, and her sister Anastasia comes with her to pick up the puppy at the airport. The girls and Hef are all impressed by how cute the dog is. Bridget tries to get her cat Gizmo to become friends with the puppy, whom Bridget names "Wednesday."

Episode 6

Operation Playmate

The girls are participating in Operation Playmate, which sends cookies and pictures of Playmates to members of the military. They join a group of Playmates in baking cookies, and design a few unusual cookies for their friends at the Mansion. Holly and Bridget meet with Pat Lacey at Playboy Studio West to be trained in wearing Playboy Bunny costumes and the responsibilities associated with being a Bunny. Kendra is invited to wear a Bunny costume as well but declines to do so. Holly and Bridget pose for pictures in military-themed Bunny costumes along with Playmates Audra Lynn and Jillian Grace. Later, Bridget and her sister Anastasia go to North Carolina to visit their brother Eddie, who is in the Army and stationed at Fort Bragg. They meet at a restaurant where Bridget gives Eddie a care package before he is sent to do another tour in Iraq. Back at the Mansion, there's a 4th of July party, which features a Slip N' Slide down a rolling slope on the Mansion grounds. That night, everyone watches fireworks at the Mansion.

Episode 7

Just Shoot Me

It's finally time for Holly, Bridget, and Kendra to have their own pictorial in Playboy. All the photos are to be taken in and around the Mansion. On the first day of the shoot, Holly, Kendra, and Bridget each pose separately. Afterward, they scrutinize their individual pictures intensely. On the second day of the shoot, the girls are scheduled to be photographed together. Bridget wants the shoot to be finished in time for her to take a final exam in her broadcast journalism course. She e-mails the professor for permission to take the exam later, but is turned down, so she has to leave by 6:15 p.m. After most of the photos have been taken, it's time to take pictures of the girls in the shower, but time is running short and Bridget leaves for class. Holly and Kendra pose for the shower photos without Bridget. Later, a tearful Bridget admits to Hef that she doesn't want to have fewer pictures in the magazine than the other girls due to her having to miss the shower photos. Hef agrees to have the shower pictures re-taken with all three girls posing together, and they do so, albeit with some misgivings on Holly and Kendra's part. Later, Hef brings the girls a mock-up of their pictorial as it will appear in the magazine, and they are all very excited about it.

Episode 8

A Midsummer Night's Dream

Bridget goes to the Trashy Lingerie store to select an outfit for the Midsummer Night's Dream party at the Mansion. Later, she, Holly and Kendra tell Bridget's sister Anastasia that they are going to give her a makeover in preparation for the party. Bridget takes her to the Skin Spa, then to buy clothes and shoes. Meanwhile, Bridget's cat Gizmo needs to be groomed, so she takes the cat to Petco to be shaved. Scenes of Gizmo being shaved are intercut with scenes of Anastasia getting her legs waxed. Meanwhile, the Mansion staff decorates the backyard for the party, the other girls get themselves ready for the party, and a team of body artists paint outfits on some women who will attend the party. Finally, Anastasia goes to a hair salon to get her hair dyed blonde. Before the party, Anastasia shows her new look to the others. They're all very impressed, and Hef and even Anastasia's mother can barely recognize her. Anastasia considers the makeover the best gift she has ever received. After the party, the girls reflect on their dreams, those they have achieved and those they still hope to achieve.

Episode 9

Under the Covers

The girls are photographed for a potential Playboy cover. The shoot takes place at Playboy Studio West, on a set decorated to look like Hef's bedroom. However, even after the shoot, the girls are uncertain as to whether a picture of them will actually be selected for the magazine cover. In the meantime, Holly is redecorating the guest house where Playmates stay, and she also decides to prepare a lunch for the other girls, Hef, and a few friends. However, Holly has no prior experience with cooking, and she finds that she has to spend much more time than she expected in the kitchen and is disappointed that she doesn't have much of a chance to socialize with the others during the meal. Later, Holly is eager to see the magazine as soon as it comes out to find out if she, Bridget, and Kendra made the cover. When the issue arrives, Hef's secretary Mary hides it from Holly to ensure that Hef will be the first to see it. Soon afterward, the girls are eating lunch when Hef brings them the November issue of Playboy, featuring the girls on the cover, to their delight. Holly is particularly pleased because all of Hef's past girlfriends have been featured on the magazine cover as well, and being on the cover validates her status as Hef's girlfriend.

Episode 10

Ghostbusted

Halloween is approaching, and so is the big Halloween party at the Mansion. Holly and Kendra prepare fake tombstones to decorate the yard, while Bridget starts decorating her room like a haunted house two months in advance. Bridget loves horror movies and ghost stories, and she believes that she has seen a ghost in the Mansion. Other people in the Mansion have also reported spooky occurrences. Bridget calls in paranormal investigator Barry Taff to look for signs of ghostly activity. Holly wants to believe in the paranormal as well but has never seen a ghost, while Kendra is mostly skeptical. Taff's ghost-detecting devices pick up some unusual activity, but nothing definitive is concluded from his visit. Later, Bridget brings in a psychic to hold a séance. The psychic reports that there is one spirit in the house, who has been around since the beginning of time and is responding to negativity in the house. Bridget and Holly don't believe that the psychic has accurately described the ghosts in the house, and Kendra doesn't believe the psychic at all. Bridget is disappointed not to have learned conclusive information about whether the Mansion is haunted. Later, Hef shows the girls a horror movie he filmed himself when he was 16 years old, in which he played a mad scientist who seeks to reanimate the dead.

Episode 11

Grape Expectations

Bridget organizes a trip for herself, Holly, and Kendra to her hometown, Lodi, California. It's a long drive and they want to do the whole trip in one day, so they leave in the limo at 5 a.m. When they get to Lodi, Bridget shows the others around the city. Bridget is proud to have been featured in Playboy, which many people around Lodi had known was her dream, and she is treated as a local celebrity in the city. The girls go to a winery where they have lunch with a large group of Bridget's family and friends. After lunch, they have a grape-stomping competition, in which Kendra and Bridget's sister Anastasia defeat Holly and Bridget. Later, the girls visit Bridget's grandma at her house, and finally go to a cigar bar where Bridget and the others pose for pictures and sign autographs. Meanwhile, it's movie night at the Mansion, and Holly is somewhat concerned that with her not around, some of the female guests may try to sit too close to Hef, but eventually she stops worrying about it. After the long drive back, the girls arrive back at the Mansion after 1 a.m.

Episode 12

I'll Take Manhattan

Hef and the girls are taking a two-day trip to New York to do publicity for the Playboy issue featuring the girls on the cover. They fly by private jet. Arriving in New York, the girls go to the Statue of Liberty along with three New York-based Playmate friends, while Hef does an interview with Howard Stern by phone. Later, Hef and the girls sign autographs at the Virgin Megastore and then do a long series of interviews. The next day, the girls and Hef prepare for an appearance on "The View." Bridget and Kendra are uneasy about "The View" because they believe they will be asked personal questions about sex. The actual television segment takes less than 10 minutes, and afterward the girls express their displeasure with the interview, in which the girls were all made to sit in the same chair and Hef was called a dirty old man. Kendra declares that the hosts of "The View" are "haters." Later, they all attend a Playboy party, where Christie Hefner praises Hef and the girls. As they all prepare to leave New York, the girls wish they could have spent more time in the city.

Episode 13

My Kind of Town

The girls and Hef travel to Chicago to do more publicity for the girls' Playboy cover feature and to see Hef's hometown. Along with Hef's brother Keith, they visit Hef's old neighborhood, the elementary school he attended, and the house where Hef and Keith grew up. They visit Playboy headquarters and drop in on Monica Leigh's Cyber Girl photo shoot. That night, they go to dinner at Japonais restaurant, where they notice a group of four women at a nearby table checking out Hef. The next day, the girls get up early to appear on the Mancow radio show to be interviewed and to read the headlines. Later, Hef and the girls continue their tour of the city, during which Hef shows them the original Playboy Mansion. That night, a nightclub hosts a party for the group, and Holly notices that the same group of four women are there as well. The girls are all enthusiastic about Chicago and seeing Hef's old homes and haunts. Meanwhile, back at the Mansion in Los Angeles, Hef's absence makes it possible for the staff to do maintenance and renovations.

Episode 14

Clue-less

Hank from the Mansion staff teaches Holly to drive Hef's Mercedes with a manual transmission. Later, two events are held on a single day at the Mansion. In the daytime, there is a charity tennis tournament with both celebrities and pros participating. Kendra has a doubles match against her friend Destiny Davis, with pro tennis players the Jensen brothers as their teammates. Meanwhile, Bridget devotes much of the day to getting her hair and makeup done for her birthday party that night, for which an acting troupe is brought in to stage a murder mystery. All the guests dress in 1920s or 1930s style, with Holly portraying a character she calls "Holly Harlow" and Hef portraying "Lord Heffington." Once the "murder" is staged, the guests and actors divide into teams and are instructed to go to various places around the Mansion grounds to find clues. Kendra eagerly runs to find the clues even as her flapper dress tends to fall down or ride up. At one point Kendra becomes convinced that the "murderer" is Archie the dog, but she has to abandon this theory when she realizes that the "victim" had been stabbed. In the end Bridget herself is revealed to be the "murderer" in the game. A couple of days later, Bridget is presented with a cake on the actual day of her birthday.

Episode 15

It's Vegas, Baby!

Hef and the girls take a trip to Las Vegas to stay at the Palms, where a new Playboy-themed tower is opening. The resort will also host the first Playboy Club to exist anywhere since the 1980s. The girls and Hef are accompanied by Cristal Camden, Playmate Jillian Grace, and Hef's brother Keith. At the resort, they have dinner at N9NE restaurant, play some blackjack, and then party in a suite which has its own basketball court. The next day, they visit Madame Tussauds and see the figure of Hef, and then they go to the Playboy Store at the Forum Shops where the girls go on a shopping spree. That night, they eat dinner with designer Roberto Cavalli, who designed the new Bunny costumes for the Playboy Club. Later, back at the Palms, there is a Playboy fashion show, in which Holly gets to wear the new Bunny costume.
