During a rocket crash, SuperTed loses his memory. Texas Pete takes advantage of the situation, he calls him Terrible Ted and recruits him in his gang with Skeleton and Bulk. Texas Pete ties up Spottyman in the jewelry store and then starts havoc with his 'I'm a big deal song' for the Grand Ol' Opry. Finally Spotty manages to bring Terrible Ted's memory back to 'SuperTed' with his cosmic dust.

SuperTed and Spotty are watching a carnival in the Rio Street, when Billy asks for their help in finding his missing father, who vanished after a cave painting exhibition of 'Polka Dot Trible' in a Brazilian Rainforest cave. SuperTed and Spotty visit Polka Dots Village and meet its leader Polka Face.

Texas Pete and his henchman Skeleton and Bulk kidnapped Speckle. They come across cosmic dust for a 'springing-to-life' gold rush at Fort Knox in Northern Kentucky. Meanwhile SuperTed, Spotty and his sister Blotch are searching for Speckle.

A clown villain called Bubbles steals Texas Pete's Public Enemy No. 1 title. He manages to rob a casino and now joins forces with Bulk and Skeleton. They devise a plan how to rob the diamond museum. Now Texas Pete asks SuperTed for help in getting rid of Bubbles.

Texas Pete steals Spotty's spots and demands a ransom of cosmic dust to return them. SuperTed discovers that a Texas Pete's look-a-like is actually the culprit.

SuperTed and Spotty pay a visit to the "Kids Town Satellite". SuperTed takes a trip down memory lane. He counts his adventures on the planet "Fluffalot" where he defeated the Hairmongers and Julius Scissors and Marcilia in a series of "Ben Hur" contests.

When Spotty is recruited into the Spotted Army, he becomes a dupe of the two spies from the enemy Striped Army. The spies plot to invade the planet. Now SuperTed has to do everything to stop them.
