When there's a mass shooting at a seafood company, drugs are suspected, but Red tells them the company is a front for terrorists who are planning something. As they investigate, they discover that something was built with high tech from an American company. Deavers, one of the tech company's officers, tells them to check out James Maddox, a former employee who was fired. When they find the man, he claims he's been framed. Later, a terrorist officer, among five others, comes to the US and meets with Deavers, seeking those who broke in and stole their device. The FBI gets a lead, which they show to Samar. She leaves and meets with the man they're looking for to tell them the FBI is looking for him. The terrorists, with help from Deavers, learns Samar was one of the ones who broke into the seafood company and took what was stolen, so they grab Samar. The feds learn about what she did and try to find her. Meanwhile, Red tries to see President-elect Diaz to get Liz her pardon but the President-elect's people won't let him. Aram fears his deposition.

Elizabeth is now back at the FBI and she brings an unusual case; someone left a diorama on her doorstep that depicts a crime that would be committed an hour after she gets it. She brings it in and they wonder is someone from Liz's past taunting her or is there someone who is daring her to catch him. She gets another one and they figure out who the target is and save him. They find something on the diorama that leads them to a woman who lives near Elizabeth. She tells them she sent the dioramas to prevent anyone from being killed. She claims they are premonitions but not hers; her daughter who is autistic. She says her daughter has been having them for two years; of actual incidents and has been drawing them. Cooper doesn't believe in premonitions and he wants them to find out how she knew about them. Aram thinks he knows how she found out about them. The killer tries to find out how the FBI found out about him. Reddington is presently trying to sow dissension between two men.

Initially Harold refuses to do it, but when they learn the man died from an usual disease that other people are also dying from, he decides to look into it. The carrier of this disease must be a person whom, for some reason, is still alive, so they check it out and learn that the carrier is woman from a foreign country who was brought to the US by a medical research company to try and find a cure. Visiting the company, they find the woman is no longer there. She left and is supposedly with one of their doctors, whom she's involved with, and they are working on a cure. They think she's been infecting people as part of a ploy to rob them so that they could buy equipment needed to find a cure - but why did they target Red's accountant? They got nothing from him. Red in the meantime turns to Tom for help to flush out the man Red thinks is behind his accountant's death and his recent problems.

Isabella Stone (No. 34)

Red and the team look for Isabela Stone, who's targeting Red by going after his associates. She frames one of Red's associates for murder, so they go there to look into it and learn Stone's motivations. Tom's father dies, and while he claims it doesn't affect him, he goes out to find out about his past.

When Cooper is irate with Red for snatching Stone, Red offers him a new target, a person known as the Architect, a man who plans crimes. They discover that he is looking for a hacker, They learn there is some kind of gathering of hackers and the best person they can send is Aram. And when he gets there he sees someone who knows who he is. But when the competition gets underway, the Architect takes an interest in Aram and drafts him for his next job. The team needs to find him. Stone finally tells Red how she was contacted but all she has is an account number. So Red talks to the President of the bank whom he knows but the man refuses to divulge privilege information. And Tom continues to look into his past.

The Apothecary (No. 59)

Red sets out to find out to find out who betrayed him. He wakes up in a hospital being treated by a doctor, who tells him that he's been poisoned. Red has no memory of the night before and Dembe's nowhere. He goes to Elizabeth and tells her what happened and that he suspects he was poisoned by someone known as The Apothecary, a man who can make anyone die by exploiting their own medical conditions against them. Red tells them that he thinks a woman might be his latest victim because she was going testify against someone. They talk to that person and he denies trying to kill her if anything he needed her to testify. That's when they think that it was someone closer to her who wants her dead. Red goes out searching for Dembe and along the way he finds a woman who claims he held her against her will. She tries to help him figure out what happened the night before. Hopefully he can find Dembe and who betrayed him.

Iram is taken from his own shower right in front of his girlfriend, (the criminal). Dembe did it! Red thanks Iram is safe because Dembe would not harm him. Red thinks the kidnapping is a clue. He has been searching for Dembe to no avail, because of the poison Dembe gave him. Elsewhere, a body is dragged into a remote grave. The mastermind, Dr. Gallop, covers herself with honey and then calls for the bees to dine. She has a victims list. Dr. Gallop's next victim is an art forger. Red finds the forger, and saves him from the killer. Information comes forth. Dembe asks Iram for help. Iram breaks a secret code for Dembe, who barely gets away from Ressler. Red follows his leads to Dembe, at Mr. Kaplan's grave. Dembe starts to explain but is shot by Mr. Crossbow, Kate Kaplan's protector. Red saves Dembe and catches the man. "Tell me where she is or I'll kill you". Instead Mr. Crossbow blows up his whole house; Red and Denbe barely escape. Now, Mr. Kaplan knows, that Red knows, she is alive!
