12 Episodes 2025 - 2025
Episode 1
Vying for the opportunity of a lifetime, Lord Sugar's candidates begin the punishing selection process by running alpine tours in Austria. Pushing for the highest overall profit, the teams sell and deliver unforgettable glacier and forest experiences. After subpar ticket sales and bullish negotiations, in the boardroom the results are in, and it's auf Wiedersehen for one candidate.
Episode 2
It's week two, and the candidates face the music as they are tasked with creating virtual pop stars. They need to record a single and produce a music video before pitching for brand sponsorship. One team's lack of harmony leads their avatar to flop, whilst the other team's robotic rap fails to hit the high notes. In the boardroom, one candidate fails to chart and is sent home.
Episode 3
This week, the candidates set off for the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare, and its surrounding areas. They have nine hours to secure nine items, and the team that spends the least on the correct items wins. After a comedy of errors and fines, for one team the win is not to be, and Lord Sugar bids adieu to another candidate.
Episode 4
It's week four, and the teams are tasked with turning crops into cash - it's tomatoes versus potatoes - which sees them creating a dish for the public, delivering a bespoke corporate order and selling to the trade. In the kitchen, one team's over-promising leaves them in a pickle, whilst on the other, some dicey decisions cause their profits to plummet. In the boardroom, one candidate comes a cropper and is sent home.
Episode 5
It's week five, and the candidates are having a crack at creating and branding a new chocolate Easter egg before pitching to industry buyers. For one team, their mild matcha egg leaves buyers wanting more, whilst the other team's scrambled branding leads to confusion in the pitch. In the boardroom, which candidate will Lord Sugar 'egg-spell'?
Episode 6
It's week six, and the candidates jet off to two breathtaking regions of Türkiye, where they must put on corporate away-day experiences for two clients expecting the best. One team's profit priorities lead to boredom in Bodrum, while on the other team, terrible table service causes chaos in Cappadocia. Back on home soil, Lord Sugar sends another candidate packing.
Episode 7
It's week seven, and the candidates launch a new banking app and accompanying money box for six- to nine-year-olds. After pitching to industry heavyweights, the team that secures the most investment wins. It's all fun (and no facts) for one team, whilst on the other, a lack of synergy spells disaster. In the boardroom, Lord Sugar tells another candidate, 'You're fired.'
Episode 8
It's week eight, and the candidates are tasked with creating and advertising their own hot sauce before pitching to industry experts. For one team, a basic brand and rudimentary recipe fail to spice things up, while a forgotten item leaves the other team in hot water. In the boardroom, Lord Sugar gets hot-headed, and there's a shock in store for the candidates.
Episode 9
Week nine sees this year's candidates face the high-pressure TV shopping task, where they must sell items live to the nation, as well as one special viewer watching at home. The teams choose products, pitch for star items and take on presenting and gallery roles. Poor product choices and pitiful presenting mean, in the boardroom, that one candidate is taken off-air.
Episode 10
It's week ten, and the candidates are tasked with launching an environmentally conscious, sustainable fashion label, designing a collection and building a brand before holding a fashion show for buyers. Experimental style choices cause friction for one team, whilst the other team's safe designs fail to stand out. In the boardroom, Lord Sugar is dressed to kill and decides on his final five.
Episode 11
It's the penultimate episode of the series. The final five entrepreneurs come face to face with Lord Sugar's most trusted advisors for the toughest interviews of their lives. Picking apart their business plans, familiar faces reveal naive numbers, excessive exaggerations and preposterous plans. In the boardroom, Lord Sugar selects his finalists.
Episode 12
The finalists have one last chance to convince Lord Sugar to make them his business partner and take home the £250,000 investment. Familiar faces return to help create brands and advertising campaigns before the final two deliver the pitch of their lives to industry experts and the boss himself. Who will win the process and become Lord Sugar's next business partner?
