13 Episodes 2012 - 2012
Episode 1
44 mins
In the quest to find Frigg, only Zeb stands by Axl. Anders flies off to Norway, Ty prepares for his house warming party (where Eva gets him stoned), and Mike, bailed from society after Veronica's permanent departure, holes up in Gaia's abandoned room (using his mastery of all games to secure cash, appliances, and a woman). Agnetha reveals her disturbing secret to the brothers, and a chance encounter with another god puts Axl on a completely different track toward finding Frigg.
Episode 2
44 mins
What is Anders doing in Norway? What is manipulative Agnetha's game (particularly with Axl and with Dawn and Ty)? What's Colin up to guest lecturing in Axl's class and later getting him drunk? Only Zeb seems reliable and steadfast as Axl, under Kvasir's advice, aims to become the man to become the god to attract Frigg to him. A face or two from the past returns.

Episode 3
44 mins
A party is in the offing in the world of the Johnsons, allegedly just a few quiet drinks to celebrate Mike's new bar. Zeb is much keener than Axl on the idea of a Johnson party - but not as keen as Gaia, who seems a changed woman since her mysterious return (as yet unexplained to the boys). Among the guests, Ty and Eva's passion for violence manifests itself publicly, bringing the other brothers together for an intervention.

Episode 4
46 mins
Ty, in grief, aids his wife's killer to make murder look otherwise, but Colin will hold Ty accountable for his daughter's death, insisting upon a traditional Norse funeral - a funeral pyre on which a living person is invited (or thrown in) to burn alive along with the dearly departed.

Episode 5
44 mins
Returning home drunk from a Pimps 'n' Ho's party, Axl, Zeb and Gaia stumble in. The next morning 'Axl' awakes to find that 'he' is still wearing the dress, but some kind of godly transformation has taken place and 'he' is now a tall, blonde, very attractive 'she.' Elsewhere, Ty finds he has uninvited house guests moving in, and Dawn finds herself sent off on a forced yet overdue vacation.

Episode 6
46 mins
It's bad when gods start killing gods. After Colin's failed attempt to amend his daughter's demise by burning Ty to death, Agnetha advises Axl to call for a Folkmoot (putting Axl on shaky ground as he's never heard of one before). If called, Axl, as Odin, will preside and give judgment after hearing grievances between gods and goddesses related to this issue. Ty fears this will somehow fall back on Dawn and bring her harm. Meanwhile, Mike challenges Michele to prove "attraction" as her godly power by bringing sex to undesirable #1 - Zeb.

Episode 7
45 mins
Axl's good nature is being taken advantage of as Ty palms Ingrid off on him. Ingrid needs someone to take her to pick up someone named Danny, from an as-yet-to-be-disclosed location. Despite her assurances it won't take long, Axl finds himself, with Ingrid, waiting in the middle of nowhere, where it transpires that Danny - an ex-psych nurse/lover of Ingrid's - is just being released from prison. When Danny and Ingrid commence making love on the backseat of his car, Axl regrets being a nice guy.

Episode 8
44 mins
Axl and Michele both come down with colds, but while Michele recovers, Axl worsens and winds up in hospital. His condition affects the other gods, negating their powers. This proves a boom to Ty/Hod, god of cold, who can now experience warmth in a meal, in sunshine, and in a kiss. As Axl lies unconscious, Anders - robbed of his persuasion powers - needs the branch of Yggdrasil, the tree of life, brought back from Norway but held in quarantine by Customs.

Episode 9
44 mins
The day gets off to a strange start: Axl wakes to find Gaia shifting furniture in response to a dream she had about the perfect furniture arrangement for the flat. She has also phoned in to quit her job, for reasons even she's not entirely clear of. Before Axl can get to the bottom of this, Bryn and Jacob barge in, demanding that Gaia come with them now. Gaia refuses and goes to her room. Then, before Axl can get to the bottom of that, a very large man kicks the door down, demanding to know where 'the girl' is.
Episode 10
44 mins
With Zeb's life hanging in the balance, the gods and goddesses ease Gaia towards accepting her destiny and plan how to confront Eggther.

Episode 11
46 mins
Gaia finds herself uniquely positioned as the linchpin of two separate deity groups: as Frigg for the Norse gods and as Papatuanuku for the Maori gods.

Episode 12
47 mins
We find Axl and Gaia parked up beside a beach. Since doing their impromptu runner, they have been sleeping rough, in the car, without a change of clothes, or money, or toothbrushes, or, indeed, any of the necessities of life. Axl, especially, is getting tired of this lifestyle, but Gaia isn't ready to go back to the surreal version of reality she is hiding from. She's still got stuff to figure out and is awaiting some kind of sign as to which path she will head down - the Frigg path or the Papatuanuku path.

Episode 13
45 mins
It is the day of Gaia's actual 21st birthday, therefore, the day of her attainment. Will she become Frigg or is Papatuanuku her destiny? Axl and Gaia wake up together, in Axl's bed, to face whatever the day brings - though the first thing it brings is Zeb, who is one step ahead of Axl in that he has actually bought Gaia a birthday present.
