The Medici and the Templars legacy, a story in Tuscany, Livorno and Valle Benedetta (Blessed Valley), but there are also Pisa, Florence, Vinci and more. This is about a chapter of the Medici family involved in the building of Livorno a unique town of the region which was well known, in the renaissance time, for its innovative social status which strongly influenced even part of the American constitution. In the XIII century also the Templars arrived here and established a settlement. This unknown part was taken from ancient legends and incredible mysteries, supported by some evidences and facts that have been researched by Maurizio Silvestri, a well known local writer and journalist. Tania Martino together with him highlighted and explained what we know about it. This time the movie is also narrated by the actor Guido Lattuneddu (a Templar figure in the story) who will take us back in time.

Rosslyn Chapel is where the story continues from the previous episodes. Gretchen Cornwall explains how the Sinclair family and Scotland have an important part in the Templars history and also about their to the pre-Columbus travels to North America. They did it together with the Venetian navigators and explorers Antonio and Nicolò Zeno, as writer Andrea di Robilant explains. The Sinclair legacy is also connected earlier to the Viking world from which they were originated. This chapter is mainly filmed in the UK but some few sequences are also in Italy.

Episode 4
Henry Sinclair I ,with the Venetians Nicolò and Antonio Zeno, went from Scotland to North America 100 years before Columbus. Before them the Vikings did it. 1000 years ago an Icelandic woman Gudrid Thorbjarnardóttir (Amy Erin Johnson),traveled from Greenland to Newfoundland. She was also daughter-in-law of Erik the Red and sister in law of Leif and Freydis Erikson. She met even the Pope in Rome.

Episode 5
The Templars sword is back in a circle, where the series started. This is the season 1 finale and new secrets will come out cause Gretchen Cornwall and Tania Martino will lead you through the mist of time so the history may change again.
