Takagi-san (Rui Tsukishima) and Nishikata (Soya Kurokawa) are middle school students and neighbors. They sit next to each other at school. Takagi-san is a smart student and teachers like her. Takagi-san likes teasing Nishikata and is amused when he is teased, but Nishikata gets angry at her teasing. To get revenge, he also teases her, but that doesn't usually work on her.
