Episode 2
Hoping to bring a taste of home to Lisa in Vancouver, Lisa's mother Mary shares with Catherine a modern twist on Roscommon Spring Lamb Cutlets with Apricot Barbecue Glaze, Roast Vegetables with a Couscous Salad, and Harissa style dressing.

Episode 3

Alexandra and her family moved to Ireland in the 1990s from Russia. After tasting some of their beloved family dishes, Catherine travels to Mexico where Alexandra's sister, Anna, introduces her to Mayan cooking and 5-star Mexican cuisine.

Oonagh and Ethel's most vivid childhood memories include Aunt Bernadette's Beef Stew. In Carrick-on-Suir, Ethel teaches Catherine the handiwork behind the delectable Irish stew before Catherine delivers the recipe to Oonagh in Los Angeles.
