The mysterious blond woman is back, giving Sam a cryptic message that he should look into his mother's friends.

To complicate the whole situation, Gordon, from his prison home, has convinced two other hunters that Sam is pure evil and must be killed.

The mercenary Bela negotiates a rare mojo bag that Gordon possesses and betrays the brothers. Meanwhile Dean and Sam chase the vampire, Lucy, following her track of three victims. Dean lures and captures her trying to find the location of her nest. However, she surprisingly tells him that she was in the Spider Club when she was approached by a dealer called Dixon who offered her a new drug. Dean tells Lucy that she drank vampire blood and beheads her. Dean and Sam head to the club, where they see a man going to an alley with a blonde girl. When they fight with him, Gordon and Kubrick appear out of the blue and shoot them. They succeed in escaping but Gordon is captured by Dixon who recognizes him and turns Gordon into a vampire. Gordon feeds off an innocent victim and then he kills his partner that wanted to stop him. The hunter decides to ambush Sam and use his vampire power to kill Sam as his last mission.

However when they save Paul from an evil spell, he tells him that he had an affair with the unstable Amanda Burns. Dean and Sam head to her house and find her dead in the middle of witchcraft paraphernalia. They soon discover that the housewives, Elizabeth and Renee Van Allen, are practicing witchcraft with the Book of Shadows for self-profit. They have formed the book club with Amanda and Tammi Benton. When Ruby saves the life of Dean, he learns that a powerful demon is leading the housewives and Sam and he are in danger.

Dream a Little Dream of Me

Bobby Singer is attacked in Pittsburgh and is found in coma in his hotel room. Meanwhile Sam is upset with Dean's situation, drinking alone in a bar. When Dean arrives in the spot, he discusses with Sam, but they are informed by phone about the condition of Bobby. They head to the hospital where the doctor explains that he does not know the cause of Bobby's coma; therefore he does not know how to treat him. The Winchester brothers discover that Bobby was investigating the African dream root "Silene Capensis", the subject of Dr. Gregg's experiment who mysteriously died after a coma similar to Bobby's. Dean pretends to be a detective and interviews Dr. Gregg's assistant Maya Sanders and his former subject Jeremy Foster that had sleep disorder. Dean decides to call Bela to provide the African root to dream and help Bobby. The brothers drink the yellow tea and help Bobby to return; but the homicide sandman decides to chase them in their dreams.

There, Dean discovers that he has the ability to see demons that have possessed common people. They arrive in a quiet neighborhood where Lilith has possessed a young girl and is terrorizing her family. Sam and Dean find that her house is protected by a great number of demons. When Ruby appears out of the blue, they break in the house to destroy Lilith, but they have a big surprise.
