Jack being tracked down, Michael shape-shifts to pose as Donatello to lure him into the Dark believing he's helping Good.

Trapped, a man looking exactly like Arthur Ketch maintains under Dean's torture to be his less evil twin Alexander Ketch, a mercenary hunter seeking to redeem his non-admission to the Men of Letters. He's left behind chained, but luckily invited himself to follow the brothers on a lead right to Castiel, Lucifer and Asmodeus, who now seeks to become permanent regent of hell by smiting his now powerless former master, before coming clean to Dean.

Assisted by two lower demons and self-sold soul Alice, they must steal in exchange a trunk for Barthamus from grumpy recluse Luther Shrike, a solitary collector of magical items, who can't be killed on his estate. That proves scary even for them, and gets them to reconsider the deal.
