Episode 1
Bishop is a 10-year-old boy from Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is proud of his Guyanese and European heritage. Like his great grandfather and his dad, Bishop is an advocate for racial equality in his community. He takes us on a tour to learn about Black Nova Scotian history.
Episode 2
Faith is a 10-year-old girl who lives in Ajax, Ontario. Her family is from Jamaica and Barbados. She loves dancing and reading - she even started her own book club with her friends. She brings us to her dance class where she practices Afro Beats and shows off her moves.
Episode 3
Yaphet is a 9-year-old boy who lives in Toronto, Ontario. He is Eritrean Canadian and dreams of becoming the first Black Canadian astronaut. He loves cooking traditional dishes with his family and helping others. At the Science Centre, he tells us about the planets he wants to visit.
Episode 4
Olivia is a 10-year-old girl who lives in Ottawa, Ontario. She'll introduce us to her Haitian Canadian family and tell us about Haiti's history. She is learning Haitian Creole and likes to play word games with her sisters. She brings us to the gym where she practices gymnastics.
Episode 5
Tristan is an 11-year-old boy from Montreal, Quebec. He is Canadian Jamaican and loves being connected to his heritage. He loves to dance with his best friend and duo partner - they've won a lot of awards together. He takes us to his favourite Jamaican bakery.
Episode 6
Anayah is a 9-year-old girl who lives in Montreal, Quebec. She is part Mohawk and Trinidadian and loves exploring all aspects of her heritage. She loves cooking, playing the steelpan drums and playing sports. She shows us her equestrian skills at the stables.
Episode 7
Soulaiman is a 10-year-old boy from Gatineau, Quebec. His family comes from Sierra Leone and Guinea. He and his sister show us their special technique to eat traditional Guinean dishes and after, he shares his passion for animals at the Canadian Museum of Nature.
Episode 8
Kyra is a 9-year-old girl from Saint Hubert, Quebec. Her family is from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and Nova Scotia. Kyra is a young entrepreneur - she and her sister have their own business selling black hair products. She also makes clothes and loves giving back to her community.
Episode 9
Kalu is a 9-year-old boy who lives in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. He is Liberian and Mi'kmaq and he is very creative. He loves woodworking, playing games, and swimming. He tells us about all the things he's made and takes us to his grandfather's workshop.
Episode 10
Neve is a 9-year-old girl who lives in Pickering, Ontario. She is Canadian, Jamaican, Grenadian and Saint Lucian. She is one of the only girls in her neighborhood who can play the steelpan drums. She shows us one of her favourite hairstyles and takes us to the big dome where she plays soccer in the winter.

Quinn is a 7-year-old boy who lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. His family comes from Lesotho and he loves celebrating his heritage. He does Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and plays soccer. He brings us to his school where he is the Kindness Ambassador.
Episode 12
Yaharra is an 11-year-old girl who lives in Whitby, Ontario. Her family is from the Commonwealth of Dominica and Jamaica. She loves solving the Rubik's Cube and playing golf. After a trip to the golf course, she takes us to her dance class where she practices traditional Caribbean dance.
Episode 13
Hisani is a 9-year-old boy who lives in Whitehorse, Yukon. He is proud of his Tanzanian heritage and loves cooking with his dad and playing sports with his friends. He's also a musician - playing music makes him feel connected to his roots. He shows us all the instruments that he can play.
Episode 14
Luane is a 7-year-old girl who lives in Toronto, Ontario. She is Canadian and Afro Brazilian, and she is very proud of her culture - especially when it comes to playing soccer and practicing capoeira. She shows us how to make her favourite Brazilian dessert.
Episode 15
Khalil is an 8-year-old boy who lives in Ottawa, Ontario with his family. He is French Canadian and Cameroonian and celebrates his culture by playing soccer - which is called football in Cameroon. He also loves practicing his Afro-Caribbean dance moves with his family and running. At the track, he shows us how fast he can go.

Aayana is a 9-year-old-girl who lives in Calgary, Alberta. She is Canadian Ghanaian and loves cooking traditional dishes with her family. She loves playing the piano and creating new games. She brings us to the skating rink where she transforms into an African princess on ice.
Episode 17
Arthur is an 11-year-old boy who lives in Sainte-Julie, Quebec. He is proud of his Afro-Cuban heritage and like many Cubans, he loves baseball. He has cerebral palsy and loves playing sports. He shows us his sports trophies and tells us about the biggest fish he's ever caught.
Episode 18
Anaële is an 11-year-old girl from Ottawa, Ontario. Her family is from Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo. She loves drawing, playing basketball and playing card games with her sister. She takes us to her African theater class and tells us about her favourite African mask.
Episode 19
Marcus is a 9-year-old boy who lives in Greely, Ontario. His family comes from Haiti and Dominica. He is very creative - he loves playing electric guitar and making video games that are inspired by Caribbean culture. He brings us to his family cottage where he, his sister and his friend go fishing.
Episode 20
Raechel is an 11-year-old who lives in Woodbridge, Ontario. She celebrates her Guyanese heritage by playing Mas with her cousins. She shows us one of her favourite Guyanese dishes and takes us to her dance studio where she practices different dance styles. She also loves painting and writing.
