They talk to some of the people he worked with and discover that one of the women is involved with him and try to get her to testify against him. Mike later joins Rachel for dinner with her parents, and that's when he learns a secret that Rachel hasn't told him. Meanwhile, Donna enjoys a tryst, and Louis fumes in his clash with Nigel.

Her ex-husband died and she's the trustee of his estate. She learns that his wife wants to sell the company. Jessica lets her feelings cloud her judgment, so Harvey asks her to step back and let him handle it. Mike tries to con Louis with an explanation, but in the end Louis tells Mike that he will have to come clean with the professor whom he supposedly wronged. Mike knows that meeting the man will blow his whole deal, so Harvey steps in to deal with it. Jessica decides to support her ex's wife, but she adds something to the proposal that quashes the deal, which in turn makes her ex's wife's attorney file a suit stating that her ex was not of sound mind when he made Jessica trustee, aiming to get her removed. Jessica knows he was not well at the time and will not lie that he was.

Moot Point

Meanwhile, Louis' heart attack prompts him to propose to Sheila, but a deal-breaker arises. Rachel finds herself on the losing end of a verbal contract made with Louis.
