Episode 1
Sylvia is a successful literary agent, who's built a successful life, having grown up in The East end of London. One afternoon Sylvia gets a taxi, the driver just happens to be Bernie, her childhood sweetheart, the spark is still there.
Episode 2
Bernie is delighted to have Sylvie back in his life and invites her on a family walk. Sylvia received a visit from her Gran at work, but she's got cold feet about the relationship.
Episode 3
Bernie is desperate to spend some quality time with Sylvia, foolishly he turns to Bernie for help.
Episode 4
Bernie is tired of making all the running, this time it's Sylvie's turn to chase after him, she arranges a lavish dinner, but as is always the case, 'the best laid plans of mince and men....'
Episode 5
Both Bernie and Sylvia are upset that their planned evening together didn't happen, they each suggest an idea to make up for it. Sylvia receives some good news from a wonderfully excited James.
Episode 6
Sylvia is ecstatic that one of her clients has scooped a top award, it's great for business. She and Bernie prepare for their weekend away, but first they must go on a dinner double date with James and Bunny, who have some surprising news.
