Orange finds a small fish and takes it home. Soon it reveals to be a tadpole, and grows very fast. Orange devotes all her time to her new pet that she neglects her friends. The frog keeps growing and causes troubles and inconvenience to the whole neighborhood. Orange tries to amend things and make everyone happy, but the frog is displeased with his living conditions. Finally, Strawberry makes Orange realize that the best thing she can do for the frog is to return him to his natural home.

Strawberry writes a poem about a shooting star. Mr. LongFace advises her to get inspired by watching an actual shooting star. Strawberry takes his advice and goes camping at night, but falls asleep whenever a shooting star passes in the sky. Raspberry makes a new dress for Strawberry, but since Strawberry wishes it to be a surprise, Raspberry is not sure how to design it and she is worried she will not finish it on time. Plum, Lemon, Orange and Blueberry decide to help Raspberry similarly to the fairy tale about the shoemaker and the elves.

Several violets disappear mysteriously from Lemon's flower bed. After more flowers disappear from other beds, the girls conduct an investigation to find out who is the culprit.

A baby Berrykin has magical powers to change the color of everything. He uses his powers very freely, upsetting everyone. Strawberry makes the baby understand, in her gentle and patient way, that his deeds cause a lot of inconvenience to others, and he changes the colors back to normal.

Lemon purchases an automatic machine for her salon. The machine works well and saves Lemon much time, but Lemon soon becomes bored. She tries various activities in her spare time, but is not satisfied. She feels she has nothing to contribute to the community and intends to move to Berry Big City. Lemon's friends are saddened and do their best to dissuade her. Strawberry explains Lemon that although the machine is very efficient, it lacks the most important component: Lemon's human touch. Lemon is convinced and decides to stay.

Blueberry plants seeds of what is supposed to be daisies, but turned to be corn. The plants grow to huge size and the ears fall on the ground, making it unsafe for everyone. The girls decide to take the corn ears away from the village and make popcorn, but on the way one of the ears roll down the hill, and it falls into a crevice with Strawberry and Blueberry. They find themselves in an underground cave with steam geysers. By placing the corn seeds on the steam vent, the girls make popcorn and get themselves out. The girls and the Berrykins celebrate the popcorn party.

Strawberry volunteers to replace a sick bee mailman. She is given a package that must be delivered the same day. Unfortunately, the road is blocked due to a recent snowfall. Strawberry does her best to pass the obstacles, but eventually she has to return. Strawberry is sad for her failure, although the Post Master assures her it is not her fault, and the important thing is that she has done her best. Then Strawberry's friends come up with a great idea of transportation, and she manages to deliver the package in time.

Strawberry offers Jadeybug to host her cousins Sadiebug and Kadiebug at her café. Soon she regrets this because Sadiebug and Kadiebug are very mischievous, help themselves with everything, causing a lot of mess and damages to everyone.

Plum invites everyone to watch her performance at Strawberry's café, but does not check first with Strawberry if the date is available. Strawberry tells her that Blueberry has already signed up to use the café the same night, and that she causes inconvenience to others by not follow their rules. Instead of learning a lesson, Plum is annoyed and makes up very silly rules to whoever wishes to come to her studio. Raspberry, Lemon and Mr. Longface react by making up even sillier rules for Plum, although Strawberry objects since she believes it will only make things worse. Soon the situation gets out of hand, as the silly rules cause great inconvenience to everyone - including to those who have made them.

Strawberry and her friends are excited to hear Princess Berrykin announcing that an old tradition is to be brought back - the Berry Bitty Buggy Derby. Blueberry is given the task of manner expert. However, Blueberry takes the whole idea of good manners too far, keeps reminding everyone how to behave at various occasions, annoying her friends. Strawberry explains Blueberry it is rude to correct rude manners in public.

Berrykin Bloom invents potions that can shrink or enlarge plants. Unfortunately, the shrinking potion gets mixed with Raspberry's new perfume. Raspberry uses her perfume to make Berrykins bigger, but their new size makes them clumsy and causes chaos. Raspberry and Berrykin Bloom concoct a shrinking perfume to restore the Berrykins to their normal size, but it is accidentally sprayed on the girls, shrinking them to the Berrykins' size.

Plum invents a new dance for the dancing competition and persuades her friends to join. The dance proves to be too complicated and the rehearsals are exhausting, and that takes the fun of the whole thing. Soon Plum's friends are in no shape to perform. At Strawberry's suggestion, Plum asks the Berrykins to replace her friends. The Berrykins do not take the dance seriously, but Plum listens to Strawberry and lets them perform as they wish. Plum joins them, and they end up the winners much to everyone's joy.

The First Frost holiday is coming soon. Strawberry and her friends have a custom of secretly giving gifts to each other. Blueberry's gift to Lemon is a book about organizing books, not something Lemon would like to receive, so she gives it to Plum, and Plum gives it to Orange, and so on, till it returns to Blueberry. Strawberry explains Blueberry that the gift is supposed to be something that the receiver, not the giver, would like. Realizing her mistake, Blueberry gives Lemon a book about braids, Lemon gives Plum ballet slippers, and so on. Eventually all of them are happy to receive gifts they like.

The whole village is busy with preparations for the upcoming Glimmerberry Gathering. Strawberry cleans her café for the First Frost celebration, finds an old box containing a book about the first winter in Berry Bitty City, and reads it to her friends. The story reveals the reason for the custom of carving Glimmerberries. The girls are fascinated by the idea, and decide to make their own Glimmerberry designs. However, they are upset to find out their designs are all the same, and accuse each other of copying. Strawberry shows everyone that the particular design is carved on the chest lid and on the book cover, and from there they all took the idea. Peace is restored, and the festival takes place much to the delight of everyone.

The girls look for a place to hold the Glimmerberry Ball. Plum finds a hollow tree, and they decorate the inside of it. However, two chipmunks keep ruining the decorations. All attempts to drive them away fail. Strawberry suggests to befriend with them.

Lemon invents a water-proof manicure called "Glamicure" that sparkles and plays music. Her friends are excited to have their fingernails manicured with the Glamicure, but soon discover that its nonstop music distracts them and interferes with their daily activities. They want to take it off, but do not wish to hurt Lemon's feelings. Strawberry realizes what is the problem and explains the other girls that good friends should be honest with each other, and give constructive criticism in a friendly way. The girls tell Lemon the truth, and she assures them that while she is disappointed the Glamicure didn't work out, she is glad they are honest with her.

The Berrykins and the girls invent a game they call "Dandyball". The Berrykins play it day after day at the gazebo, and it interrupts other activities. The girls decide to make a schedule for the events, but whoever is given the task - finds it difficult and confusing. Orange volunteers, but the other girls are uncertain if she can do it, in view of her rash nature. Strawberry persuades her friends to give Orange a chance, and she makes the schedule simple and understandable for everyone.

As Strawberry & Friends visit a Career Fair, they ponder their own futures. They all have thoughts on the jobs they would like: teacher, firefighter, doctor, etc. Strawberry suggests they give these jobs a try, right now - they will pretend they are grown-ups.

A day-care center is built for the baby Berrykins, but its colors are dull. Strawberry asks Lemon and Raspberry to decorate the center. They initially refuse, explaining that their creative ideas contradict and lead to arguing, but agree to give it a try. Soon they start arguing about everything and abandon the work. Strawberry encourage them to try again, and eventually they cooperate and complete the work, much to the delight of the Berrykins.

Pupcake and Custard meet a gopher, play with him and lose track of time. Strawberry becomes worried as the hours pass and her pets do not return home, and goes with her friends to look for them.
