The group discusses what makes New York bread, bagels and pizza so good, and determines that it's the quality of New York City water. They invest in a plan to build a machine that will replicate the water's characteristics that they can then sell to bagel and pizza manufacturers around the country. Meanwhile, Dominic has invested in a food product called "Just Add Salad" which isn't selling as well as expected, and Adolfo has purchased some old-style suits that he thinks he can resell at a profit.
