Episode 1
The White Ridge

Largely surrounded by condescending males in the executive meeting room, Wendy is about to head off to do final scouting for the two locations still in the running for one key scene in the film before she makes her decision. While that condescension is more due to what they consider her inexperience and she being a female, it is also due to the fact that she may provide some favoritism in one of the locations being her hometown of Drumbán, where she hasn't been in fifteen years. While she quietly mocks that condescension, she may indeed have ulterior motives in the way she makes her decision that have nothing to do with the quality of the locations themselves. Meanwhile, a committee has been struck of Drumbán residents in swaying the decision makers into choosing their town. None on the committee, including Séamus, know that the decision maker is Wendy, he as unaware of Catherine's at-school extracurricular activities that have nothing to do with her students. Some in town may not even know or remember Wendy in she having been gone for such a long time, despite her father and stepmother still living in town. But Séamus would certainly remember her in Wendy's possible ulterior motives stemming from what happened at the brink of the millennium when the two of them were together.

How Many People Does He Need?

With some of the film crew in town, they who can see what is happening, the townsfolk don't know if they can or should talk about the proverbial elephant in room, namely the recent plethora of dead birds falling out of the sky. Wendy and Carol from Casting are working on different aspects of those who will be in front of the cameras, Wendy, with Brad from across the pond shadowing much to her chagrin, firming up the lead roles, while Carol is auditioning locals for bit parts. One of the locals hoping for a part is Joanne. While Séamus deals with Sonny being back at home with an uncertain future, he can't help but think about Wendy, who takes somewhat open measures related to the film to have an excuse to be closer to him.
Episode 3
On Children

The first day of filming in Drumbán lands on Joanne's eighteenth birthday, she who still has not heard if she has an acting part. With the decision having been made to film in Drumbán, Séamus doesn't feel the need to be part of the committee anymore, but the fact of there even having been a committee still pervades what happens between the committee members and Wendy. Joanne's day takes a turn when she is asked by Keith at the last minute to work a split shift, since she is the reliable one on who everyone can count. It is because of that reliability that Séamus becomes concerned when he can't locate her, his mind wandering back to what happened at the millennium. It is also the day when Wendy makes a change to her personal staff, and when Wendy's father and stepmother get in touch with her, the fallout between them during the millennium which factors into the tone of their reunion.
Episode 4
An Dobhar Who?

Wendy is surprised that Jack, who will soon be arriving on set, is amenable to the studio requested script changes to his original story, that request to add a salacious element to the mother-son relationship to overcome what they see as Jim, a relative unknown, in the lead role. It is Wendy's responsibility to inform Jim of this change, he who quietly has an issue with it related to his personal life. Meanwhile, Séamus is the laughing stock of town in his admission at the bar, he in turn feeling abandoned by Wendy who didn't support his claim, which may have been her motive in coming back to Drumbán. Despite being ghosted by Wendy in the process, Séamus can't help but leave her a plethora of messages at each stage of his "grief". His mentality of his predicament in being able to show his face in town takes a turn when he reaches the acceptance phase.
Episode 5
The Pen Is Mighty

Filming has wrapped in Drumbán, with Wendy and some crew needing to do some work in post-production before vacating the town for good, when executives in Hollywood discover an issue which requires Wendy's immediate attention, which should have been a slam dunk in any production, and which ends up taking Wendy and Jack not only on a road trip but a clearing of the air to get to the truth. Meanwhile, Séamus has his medical board hearing amid he dealing with a death in town. He comes out of the hearing a somewhat changed man leading to, among other things, a frank discussion with Catherine. And an annual secret event takes place in the woods outside town, its unsatisfactory outcome the same as it has been every year with a missing element of which the participants are unaware.
Episode 6
The Turd Man

The final cut of the show has been made and shown to the network executives. Wendy is well aware herself as she watches it that it most probably will sink her career. Regardless, she is forced to hold a gala premiere of the first episode in Drumbán, it which she plans to get over as quickly as possible and with as little direct involvement, she preferring to hide away to get into a drunken stupor. Meanwhile, Séamus' life is on a roller coaster. While he got his medical license reinstated, he discovers that his dream of a father-son practice will never happen even if Sonny wanted to go back to medical school. And while Catherine's initiated divorce is finalized, she and Séamus are at least able to clear the air about the animosity that had existed in their marriage ever since the accident. The focus of Séamus and Wendy's lives change when Pubba makes an admission of a long held secret and makes a prediction of an imminent event.
