Teenagers Ellie, Alice, Faith, Joe and Sam go to Cambodia and Taiwan. They begin their working journey in Cambodia. We meet five new teens Ellie, Alice, Faith, Joe Hannay and Sam.

Coffee
British children travel to the other side of the world to see how their favorite things are made, this time heading off to a remote Cambodian coffee plantation.
Episode 3
Onesies
The five pampered teens make "onesies" in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, but it is more difficult than it looks. It was against boys and girls .
Episode 4
Tea
In episode four of Show Me What You're Made Of our teens they leave Cambodia to fly further east to the island of Taiwan. Here they head straight to an enormous tea plantation where they grow the tea for the British export market.
Episode 5
Fish
The teens make their way to a fish canning plant on the Taiwanese coast. If they thought factory work would get any easier they were sadly wrong.
