Sex offender Carl Gatliss is paroled with a tiny camera implanted behind his retina to monitor his every move and send it back to probation officers Esther and Ken,who are watching on a screen. After he breaks parole by visiting his victim to make amends Ken wants him returned to prison but Esther prevents it. As a result Gatliss obsesses about Esther,killing his girlfriend for her and ultimately arriving at her house when she is alone and vulnerable.

The plot follows a boy by the name of David, who is suffering bullying in the extreme at school. The school will do nothing to stop it, and instead blame David for his bullying. Pushed over the edge, David takes a video camera everywhere with him at school, recording how his tormentors have made him. He goes home, and recording a final message to his mother, puts a gun in his mouth, and blows his head off. On top of the bullying, David was also following in his father's footsteps, a man who entered a school and killed everyone in it. On hearing the shot, the mother rushes to the room, to find the video, with the faces of the bullies on it. After watching the video, highly psyched, the mother takes the gun and goes to the school Parent's Night. Once there she confronts the school headmaster...

Oldham lads Rick and Shaun are videoing their Spanish holiday for their mate Paul when they meet the worldly Alex,who takes them back to his villa for drugs and sex with two Scottish girls. Next day the boys wake to find the others gone and blood everywhere. They clean it up and are about to leave when Alex's friend Thomas arrives,three bodies are found and Thomas suggests to each boy that the other was a murderer whilst high on drugs. Having successfully been turned against each other what will the boys do? And are they to believe everything they see?
