Telly happens to be running around by playing a game of star invaders triangle tag with Elmo until accidentally breaking his triangle after tripping over the uneven sidewalk, Luis agrees to fix their triangle with glue stick making both wait five minutes, and they learn how to be patient while counting to three hundred slowly until glue finally dries. When Telly resumes his game with Elmo after the glue has dried about five minutes later, he accidentally trips over the handlebars of Lucy's tricycle breaking his right arm in the process, he becomes frighten when Luis agrees to take him to emergency, he learns patients about heeling time especially with broken bones, and doctors can be helpful.
