Arthur and Kate are having trouble selling their Society Hill townhouse. People coming thru the open house notice the house is crowded and needs pizzazz. The style goes from dull and dreary to smart and stylish with paint, curtains and moving furniture.

Edward has bee trying to sell his Victorian "Painted Lady" for over a year. Even with the killer view of the city. The rooms look too small because there is too much furniture and other ecliptic items in them. The open house people think it is dark and boring and dated. Modern prints on the fabrics and sophisticated paint colors on the walls bring the old together with the new. Removing furniture and pictures take it from cluttered to classy. People love the look the second open house so much he gets three offers and sells the house.

Terry and Lori's home has not received any offers. Everyone touring the home focused on the dated decor instead of the fireplace or big rooms. After removing carpet, wallpaper and extra furniture, the house is smart and stylist.
