The bed is re-positioned and now the big size of the room is apparent. Details important to buyers are highlighted.

The potential buyers at the open house don't like the dark, crowded smelly rooms. One said "there's no hope." The stinky carpet in the living room is pulled up to reveal a hard wood floor. Sky blue paint brightens the room. The furniture is moved around to other rooms or to the garage to open up the flow and allow the light from the windows. Interest picks up on the house with its new tropical oasis feel.
