Episode 1

The team must cut short leave for a surprise exercise in South Korea, Jason decides the practice is just what Ray needs. On the flight, they learn its'a top secret rescue from North Korea, where military technology genius Jin must be helped defecting, after his family already escaped. They jump from a 'civilian flight' to Russia, to be met by smuggle route expert Kwan Jon-Wi. The complicated plan to extract him from a heavily guarded research compound starts well, but Kwan gets caught and Jason's party can barely avoid being discovered.

The team manages just to withdraw unseen, but Jason refuses to give up or salvage only the crucial research Jin secretly copied, so they decide to try again without Kwan, even though this may mean missing heir extraction deadline. They reach Jin and convince the frightened, slow senior to hobble along after switching footwear with poor Clay and slipping past the compound guards. Seeing the North Koreans report the escape, general Parham says the big picture any risk of nuclear conflict far outweighs leaving Jin and his own SEAL team behind, so refuses to stretch the deadline. The men make it, but doubts arise if Ray and even Jason are still up to it and stir conflicts.

After pulling off the Korean job, the team must come to terms with doubts concerning aging Jason -whose memory gets ever worse- and Ray, who decides to come clean about his PTSS and even tells his mates to be frank about it, eve if that compromises his career. They boys reminisce how they changes since youth, like Sonny's fatherhood finally tames the wild side tat lost him a lover who took studies seriously, while pre-teen motherless Clay adored his father Ash but was dumped with his grandparents, again after 9-11, and Ray needed to see his firefighter father Jamal gave up on rescuing the lazy lout to start applying himself. Jason and Alana made homely plans even before he found his SEAL calling. They go to the monument for 9/11, which changed the world enough to upturn their military careers often, to depose the trusted, now discarded clippers they used often.

Episode 4

Jason is most unsympathetic to his daughter Emma's plan to move in with her gentleman fiance Trent Sawyer, even rude when he says to have finished college -before her- and enlisting in the Navy, to become a SEAL. Clay is hostile to his father Ash, who finds out about Stella's pregnancy, offering to become an active grandpa, but finds the man is in chemo therapy. However, the team must once more postpone all personal matters when mobilized. Boko Haran's successor as leading Sahel terror organization has executed bombings in three countries, each getting a SEAL team to work with CIA agents in charge. Bravo goes to Burkina Faso, where Carl Dryden is already turning a 'temporary field HQ' into a small fortress and refuses to let take out the targeted Jihadist leaders one by one, safely, instead sending them to an airfield where the will take a private plane. The mission goes badly, with targets Ousmane and Saidou Boukare escaping onto a train, which heads for the capital.

The team boards the presumed terrorist bomb train to the US embassy in the capital, with Sonny on the roof. Having found a picture of their retired CIA handler Mandy as a captive with a pro-jihadist arms dealer, Jason is obsessed with rescuing her, waving Ray's warning not to aboard the subject with CIA handler Carl Dryden, who almost pulls them from the whole mission. Clay also worries about Jason being distracted, as they painstakingly scout the train for the bomb before making their move at Saidou Boukare, having run out if time.

Episode 6

Hastily following jihadist target Saidou Boukare from the train, the team drives into a trap, barely escaping an attack on their SUV. Despite growing protests from the brass, CIA handler Carl Dryden, Clay and Ray, Jason remains obsessed to search at all cost for Mandy Ellis and her fellow prisoner, a Sahelian arms dealer. Helped by Davis, he finds a lead to a gold mine, and convinces the CIA to raid it, as that would at least compromise the terrorist finances. Mandy is found and confides, as Clay and others suspected, to have been long undercover, returning from retirement to help a friend in need. Team members keep doubting each-others commitment and reliability, with Clay reassuring Ray he keeps an eye on aging, emotional Jason too.

Episode 7

After a hot lovers night in a Delaware motel, Jason and Mandy arrive separately at a team party celebrating Sonny's baby, but the mother isn't inclined to move to Texas with the girl. Clay lets Stella convince him to go see his cancer-terminal father, but can't trust Ash enough to make up. The team must return to Afghanistan to extract from the Taliban a US prisoner, who convinces them to rescue his key source Benesh Noor, so Jason deviates from their formal mission orders, as the whole team feels the 20 year failed intervention requires at least a symbolical make-up to the local fixers.

Clay tries to work out what went precisely wrong at the latest op, landing all of Bravo team in hospital with various injuries. Yet the indomitable boys decide to make the best of it, comforting each-other and stage prank-wise their own wheelchair competition, rendering the halls dangerous for the medical staff.

Released from hospital, tensions simmer among Bravo, with Clay concentrating on his newborn baby, Jason's daughter Emma bugging him about building a new family with Mandy like she plans with Brock Reynolds and Sonny finding Hannah Oliver and their baby won't necessary stay with him. Commander Eric Blackburn invites the boys to volunteer, individually, for a top-secret operation as 'Omega' team, officially not even CIA-sanctioned, where military ranks don't apply, details follow on site in South America. Nearly all decide to go to Colombia, aboard separate civilian flights. Jason and Sonny tell Sonny to stay with his kid in NICU, but Stella agrees he needs to keep an eye on mentally unreliable Jason. The mission is to sneak into Venezuela to prevent it starting its own nuclear arms program by eliminating top scientist Guillen.

Episode 11

Clay confides into Ray about Jason's brain affliction, yet is warned not to rock the boot during the Omega mission. Clay is ignored -Jason feeling he's a command rival within Bravo- when he pleads to abduct key scientist Arman Soroush, although riskier, rather then just kill him, but the latest information suggests the Iranian proliferation problem is even bigger then feared.
