Episode 1

Six months after Jason's hallucination episode, he has medically recovered and leads the team again. Clay Spenser replaces Ray as second-in-command and Californian explosives ordnance disposal technician Summer Kairos joins the team. Their latest mission involves a rescue and bomb disposal mission on an oil platform in the Gulf of Guinea, which was overrun by a new terrorist organization taking the crew hostage. Ray contemplates joining another SEAL team after being rebuffed by Jason, who says he doesn't trust him anymore. Having living on the couch with Alana and the children during recovery, Jason looks for a house of his own nearby. Clay agrees to meet Stella's parents.

Jason's team flies to Saudi Arabia in order to stop a Shiite extremist group from deploying anthrax into a major Ancient aquifer, working alongside local troops. Mandy first finds a D.E.A. agent before joining them. When a cave in inside the tunnel cuts off communication with Jason and Sonny, the Saudi general orders plan B: launching F-16s to bomb the site. Clay's part of Bravo work to remove the debris while Jason and Sonny neutralize the terrorist threat, and manage to resume contact just in time to stop the bombing. During the aftermath, Spenser meets Stella's parents, who're not keen on their daughter being with a soldier 'who can die any time'. Ray makes his rift with Jason public to the team after Jason confronts him about his interest to join Charlie Team. Back home, Jason is approached by a local Sheriff, being notified that his ex Alana was involved in a car accident.

After a life time of wining about Jason's job risks, it's his ex who dies in a freak car accident in a safe zone near home. The team and families, now also Clay's Stella, turn up for support, like when they lose one of their own, a bit awkward now it's a first partner loss. Jason realizes his kids now really need him, having lost their mother, which scares him. He turns to main confident Ray for support and apologizes for having suspended his confidence, welcoming his number two back in the team, near collapse on funeral day.

When Pakistani terrorists takes hostages and kill in seven places in Indian metropolis Mumbai (Bombay), the US Foreign Office asks Bravo team to go rescue their diplomat (FSO) David Nelson from an international luxury hotel. In Jason's absence, Clay, Ray and Adam must take charge. They pull off the mission, but Clay only survives thanks to excellent body armor and US students need rescuing from a college campus. Meanwhile Jason tries to step up as surviving parent, despite his mother nagging about emotional needs while only a pragmatical agenda is viable for him, while daughter Emma keeps countering and blaming him.

After Adam is killed by a suicide bomber, Clay freezes up, obsessed by repatriating the corpse, and Ray has to take over charge of the mission to liberate the US student hostages rescue, which they pull off while killing the terrorists. Afterwards, Clay steals a car to go back to pick up Adam's body. The CIA discovers an untouchable Pakistani rich MP with Jihadist sympathy backed up the attack, but Washington won't compromise relations, so Mandy can only inform the Indians. Meanwhile, Jason has to notify Adam's widow, Victoria. Emma demands accompanying him 'for her fellow half-orphan fiend' and listens to him talking with Victoria. After they return home, Emma finally understands his noble sense of responsibility and concludes he should go back, otherwise he will rot: rather all of him half the time then half all the time. The team returns with Adam's casket, Jason joins them carrying it out the plane.

Six weeks after losing Adam in Bombay, Bravo Team is deployed to Mexico in order to hunt down the major drug cartel led by Andres Doza, who 'crossed the red line' by posting his brutal murder of an D.E.A. agent. They conduct a joint operation with the Mexican Marines led by Colonel Martinez, federal and state police being (probably) utterly corrupted. Jason decides not to pursue their high-value target after coming across a group of kidnapped civilians in a cartel safe-house. Mexican Marine Lieutenant Lopez, who is well-known in the neighborhood of their mission area, but decided to partake after Jason 'white feathered' him, is identified by the HVT, and is publicly marked for death in the aftermath, hence fears for his family. Jason takes intrigues Mike and wining Emma on a nocturnal surprise quest in the forest, to their late mother's favorite place by a lake, where they proposed, to add the kids names to the tree carving.

Episode 7

Intelligence recovered from retrieved cell phones during the previous operation points Bravo Team to businessman Dante Vega, who is tied to the cartel, but suddenly gets fatally shot during their surveillance in a strip club. To salvage the failure, Bravo Team kidnaps Carla Reyes, the CEO of a modeling and escort agency who 'madam caters' for cartel leader Andres Doza's right hand Loza, . During the aftermath of the operation, Clay confesses to Sonny about his break-up with Stella, so they seek consolation in Mexico's nightlife. Jason and Ray intervene prevent last-minute Lopez's surrender to the cartel, which often abuses family members as ideal blackmail.

Interrogation on the CEO gets Bravo Team on the trail of Doza's best friend; second-in-command and main trouble shooter, Luis Castillo. In order to draw him out of the shadows, the SEALs and Mexican Marines assault an improvised drug lab at a re-purposed pottery factory, posing as a rival cartel. The joint team is then tasked to tail and prepare arresting Castillo, but thus unknowingly drives into an ambush while tailing Castillo, getting trapped 'under siege' inside a church frequented by cartel thugs.

Episode 9

The SEALs team, badly wounded Colonel Martinez and Doza deputy Castillo are under cartel siege, having taken shelter in a church while waiting for reinforcements under Lieutenant Commander Blackburn and Lieutenant Lopez. Jason orders Ray to prevent the priest Efrain from administering last rites to Castillo until he betray's Doza's whereabouts. Mandy learns that her CISEN counterpart, Rita, is the unwilling mole responsible for leaking the SEAL operations to Doza. Finally, Martinez succumbs to his wounds while Ray learns of Doza's 'safehouse' hideout from a dying Castillo, too late for last rites.

Episode 10

While raiding Doza's safe-house, Bravo Team finds his escape plan is to 'surrender' himself into corrupt Chiapas state police Comandante Salas's custody for immunity, while painting the SEALs as foreign villains in the media. Jason and Mandy use the DC-imposed 24-hour deadline for the SEALs' exit from Mexico as a last opportunity to surprise-raid Doza's fortified coastal mansion from the sea. Bravo Team and Lopez's marines thus capture Doza, but face a stand-off with the local Chiapas state police. Seeing no hope for justice, Lopez executes Doza in rage. When the supervising officer arrives inside Doza's bedroom, Jason convinces Salas to stage Doza's death as a suicide, to avoid further political scandals and spare Lopez from prosecution.

Clay hooks up with Mandy Ellis in a bar after Stella picks up her stuff while Sonny and Lisa sleep together and he discovers she's about to start officer training. Bravo Team must step in for Delta to conduct as junior partner a joint-operation with the British 22 SAS Regiment to rescue passengers of many nationalities aboard plane, direct from Tunis to Barcelona, hijacked at Doha airport (Qatar) by an armed group of terrorists. Jason locks horns with more cautious SAS Sergeant Major in charge Nigel Wickham before they find common ground. After negotiations over the release of imprisoned terrorists from four states fail and unruly passengers are shot, regular executions announced to stop temporizing, Ray and Clay's plan to sneakily eliminate terrorist in the cockpit by sniper duo-shot gives them the opening they need for a rescue, approaching hiding behind the fuel truck, Jason's improvised plan B to blow the landing gear solves the unexpected exit barricade by hostages shield.

Bravo Team is grudgingly deployed from Turkey alongside the Syrian border to rescue for CD PR purposes notorious American ISIS bride Jenna Robertson, held captive by a Turkish white slaver in a city mausoleum, guarded by numerous militants of the terrorist group. It proves a trap, but the SEALs are a match. Clay has a contentious reunion with his father, partly because of his work as a writer, shocked when Ash Spenser announces o TV his latest book is based on confidences from a 'reliable SEAL source'. Sonny is disappointed to find out about Davis' aspirations for Officer Candidate School, but agrees to keep her secret.

Jason's Bravo Team is extracted off the coast of North Korea after locating a suspect Iranian cargo. Reaching the submarine, they must use the torpedo tubes to board, as the lock-out chamber is faulty. Sonny is last to be retrieved when the tube malfunctions, trapping him inside. Unable to open the inner hatch to release him, the team tries to keep his and their spirits up, even after Sonny reports a serious leak, spelling drowning. As a North Korean submarine heads towards them, the submarine runs ultra-quiet and the captain can't take any risks with his nuclear vessel or such vicious enemy: despite Sonny's air dwindling, the rescue is put on hold, as the safety of the whole boat, so close to enemy territorial waters, takes absolute precedence. Only last minute, the team and helpful technicians finally may open the hatch to retrieve the submerged Texan.

General Trask, CO of US troops in Africa, needs the team to discretely 'help' Congolese troops to deal with eliminated war lord 'general' Sunda's militia captain Roland Benga, who viciously murdered an Amerian philanthropist and the medical staff he paid to set up a hospital. The captain is captured and trades his freedom for the whereabouts of his militia leader, who staged his death, which is soon confirmed. Jason is furious as his daughter Emma wants to attend a New York art college, as it teaches math nor history, hence is 'no school', and too far too help mind her kid brother Mikey. Stella apologizes for dumping Clay while he was being deployed.

Episode 15

Bravo Team warmly welcomes the visit of Brett Swann, a retired member and legendary frogman, who bonds with equally lonely Clay. Bravo Team is sent on a special mission to eliminate Hezbollah treasurer Hazman, the man behind several Jihadist terror strikes, who comes to a meeting with the Taliban in a small town in Iran near the Afghan border. They must sniper him from Afghanistan without crossing the border. By changing the meeting place, the terrorists force them to rush into a more exposed position, but Ray and Jason are seen by two kite-flying knaves who warn the people in town. Rays misses, Bravo is under massive attack and colonel Smith's Marines from the local base comes to their rescue in helicopters. Back on base, Lisa tells being accepted into Officer Candidate School. Jason dates Adam's widow, but both find it too strange. Afterwards, he hooks up in a bar with a woman with whom he previously flirted.

Episode 16

After would be-officer Lisa's "going-away" party, Bravo Team is stationed in the Philippines to help train their Filipino counterparts, a 'holiday mission' by SEAL standards. Soon however they are then tasked secretly with investigating an airplane crash on a remote and disputed island in the South China Sea to recover any high-value targets or hacking technology responsible for causing engineered ship and airplane crashes. Bravo Team successfully recovers the sole survivor of the plane crash and evades the investigating Chinese Special Forces team, just before they bomb the plane. Afterwards Ray tries in a bar to forget his trauma from Mexico.

Episode 17

In class, Jason and Ray instruct the Filipino Special Forces, studying a training a raid on an oil rig, but commander Shaw scolds them careless and demands improvements by the book, Jason's attitude starts to wear out Lt. Commander Eric Blackburn's patience too. Davis is made class leader but has a panic attack during a firefighting drill. The Bravo boys are drinking in a bar in Manila when a bomb goes off. While they tush to help find, evacuate and treat injured people, a second bomb goes off. It severely injures Clay, who they stabilize before he is evacuated back to the US with life-threatening injuries. Veteran turned businessman Mike Zell offers Jason a safe job in his security firm. Mandy gathers evidence from the scene.

Episode 18

Repatriated Clay is recovering in hospital, but faces a long hard rehab as his badly injured right leg may never heal enough to rejoin Bravo. Despondent, he ignores messages from the team, but Swanny staying annoyingly on his case snaps him out of it. Davis gets leave to visit him. Bravo team has been relocated to Guam to recuperate and is forced to see a psychiatrist, Jason's hook-up, but he takes them along as a single group. Mandy identified the local group responsible for the bombings, but suspects there is more going on. Bravo team and their Filipino charges raid their base and capture their leader for intelligence. They are ordered to evacuate as reinforcements approach, but Jason ignores Mandy's advice and they stay to exact payback.

Episode 19

Clay recovers ell enough to live home again, using a cane, and takes his veteran lodger, former Navy SEAL frogman Brett Swan, in hand, dragging him his VA medical appointment. Thus Clay gradually discovers Brett's psychological injury is ignored without treatment because it wasn't documented in field records, by its nature almost impossible. Meanwhile Jason leads team Bravo on a macabre mission to retrieve fallen captain Washington's corpse from Jihadist-infested part of Mali (Sahel), where air support proves crucial. Clay realizes just too late that the disappointing news Brett won't get better treatment then the same useless pills drives him to suicidal despair, so finds his mate in a pool of his own blood.

Episode 20

Clay aspires to prevent what happened to Swann occurring again with any veteran, but learns the system is most ingrate and illogical. On the Guam base, tension between Ray and Jason climaxes to blows in a bar. After a second attack on a hotel in Phuket, Bravo Team must raid the maritime port of Bangkok to prevent an imminent attack on an American warship. With the capture of a dangerous former member of the Pakistani secret services linked to the cells in South Asia, Mandy and Blackburn get a mission approved against Saudi top terrorist Yasim Khan, who masterminded all the previous attacks in the Philippines and Thailand and is operating in the hotly disputed Kashmir region, discretely coordinated with the Indian secret service. As the team HALOs in, Ray's parachute lines get tangled and he lands on the Pakistani side. Lisa retakes and passes the fire drill after visiting her estranged sister to explain that in the home fire in their youth she lacked time to go back for their younger sister, who died, blaming their alcoholic mother for leaving them home alone.
