Episode 1

Senior Chief Jason Hayes, the operational leader of Bravo Team, a Tier One (elite) unit of Navy SEALs, resents imposed therapy to help coping with the recent loss of team member Nate Massey on a mission to destroy a load of stolen Javelin missiles aboard a cargo and subsequently to which they are attacked by enemy boats when exfiltrating. Jason sleeps on happily married mate Ray Perry's couch as his marriage to the mother of his two fine kids, Alana, fell thorough. They are sent with his teammates and Sonny Quinn on a clandestine mission in Monrovia to capture alive Abu Samir al-Masri, a high level ISIS leader responsible for multiple attacks in Iraq, hidden in a compound of a Liberian army general in order to arrange a meeting with exponents of Boko Haram. The overnight mission, in which the Green Team's brilliant but overambitious legacy recruit Clay Spenser also participates, unexpectedly turns into a rescue operation for a female US aid worker held hostage there and Clay, who disregarded Jason's orders by following, fatally shoots the high value target, apparently about to detonate himself with an explosive belt after a long chase in the basement.

On a mission to a chemical weapons factory hidden in an abandoned hospital in al-Hawl (northeastern Syria), the team is scheduled to enable Dr. Lucien taking samples and destroying the nerve gas dispersed. Inside they discovers life-threatening affected innocent civilians in need of rescue. Their second objective becomes, with the approval of Lieutenant Commander Eric Blackburn, to evacuate those hastily if possible before ending up under heavy enemy fire close in on them and chose to overstay despite orders. At home, Ray's wife Naima Perry goes into labor unbeknownst to him while Clay, during the continuation of his training in the Green Team, with only social skills sub- rather then above standard, hooks up feisty feminist PhD literature student Stella in a bar.

The team goes rescue US researchers being held hostage aboard the oceanographic ship Centaurus in the South China Sea near the Vietnamese coast. When pirates turn off GPS to head for southern Philippines, the SEALs must carry out an overnight mission aboard against time before the hostages are sold to terrorists in the port of Iligan. Clay's low ranking jeopardizes his future in the Green Team, while his ex-SEAl father published an unauthorized book and therefore has received a rebuke from the Navy. Clay manages to establish a love affair with Stella. Ra helps Jason to investigate a woman living in Norfolk and connected to their dead teammate's disposable phone, suspecting he was cheating on his wife.

Jason's Bravo Team, involved in some deceptive CIA investigations, must discretely seize Serbian former war criminal named Luka Baljic, responsible for the massacre of Muslim civilians in the Bosnian town of Travnik in 1994 and suspected arms dealer, for trial in The Hague. In Tallinn (Estonia, a NATO country), they must kidnap the target with a low profile operation before he meets his Chechen intermediary Abukhan Kadyrov. Despite being mutually recognized by Baljic's bodyguard Jakub Kowal, from Polish special forces, Jason refuses to abort the mission. Having simulated a false takeoff, they are then free to organize an alternative plan to strike in the city traffic. Clay's controversial father Ash Spenser comes to town on his book tour. Jason thinks he should lie to Alana discovering however from a photo that the woman was embedded in Afghanistan before Nate's death.

Jason's SEAL team must navigate the contentious evacuation of the US embassy in South Sudan when the country becomes increasingly unstable, despite the ambassador refusing the leave. Meanwhile, Clay and Stella take their relationship to the next level.

Clay meanwhile must deliver fatal news to a late teammate's next of kin, after having tested his colorful background.

Meanwhile team Jason is parachuted on mission in Brazil to rescue an undercover CIA agent assumed captured with two locals by Brazilian drug gangsters, but as feared only she wasn't murdered by Hezbollah terrorists, who crosses the Paraguyan border, beyond their mandate, and the local military is operationally a substandard nightmare.

Jason's SEAL team is on ultra-secret mission in Yemen, where the US is officially not involved in the Saudi coalition's actions against the Houthi, to identify and extract the suspected local link to a Jihadi terrorist network. Telephone surveillance pinpointed at the home of the capital's Texas-schooled hospital chief, Dr. Haddad Bashar. His phone nor those of his wife Reema and daughter Aisha checkout as the criminal one, but the girl got wounded by Clay jumping in front of her father, mistakenly believed to pull a weapon. Pressed for time, with general Cook, breathing down his boss's neck, Jason tries in vain to press the family into delivering the phone by refusing to hospitalize the girl till then. Reema's cousin Naseem is also mistakenly suspected and arrested, the truth eventually comes from Haddad's kid son Junaid (8), shocking even most kin.

Jason and the SEAL team are sent to intercept the sale of nuclear weapons, but the mission goes sideways when they must make the treacherous journey back to base with nukes that have unsecured fuel rods. Also, Ray is sidelined with a shoulder injury, and Jason and Alana are shocked by their kids' reactions when the topic of their reunion

Then the news arrives their close colleagues, Echo team, were killed all six by a bomb searching a suspected Taliban home in Jalalabad. Clay just has time to agree with Stella it's too soon for marriage plans, the brass speeds up their deployment in only 18 hours.

Bravo Team goes on a mission in a hostile neighborhood of Jalalabad, where Echo team was killed, to capture initial suspect Tariq's secret gay lover Assim, narrowly escaping an ambush. Sent to capture the builder of the bomb that killed Team Echo, Clay is forced to shoot him fatally. Mandy finds out Tariq was blackmailed to betray Echo for his forbidden relationship with Assim, who gives them a lead about a man in a red Mercedes. Mandy's journalist friend on base identifies the owner as Afghan provincial police general Salim Hakan. Jason struggles with Alana's decision to ask for a divorce.

Having discovered Echo Team was killed for burning down a heroin farm, Bravo Team visits the farm and finds more than 10 million dollars cash hidden underground. According to the farmer, scary men take money out of it regularly. The team captures a 15-year-old boy, who claims he just heard about the money and took some for his family. They follow him to discover it's cross)dressed Dorri, who works as Taliban messenger to care for her sickly kid brother. She helps set up a trap, but the target is killed as a traitor. Mandy identifies the men as Al-Quaeda mercenaries and wonders who owns the farm. Dorri offers further help in exchange for passage to the USA. Jason meets Amy, a private security specialist on Jalalabad base.

Episode 16

Team Bravo captures the drug lab chemist, who tells under pressure the farm owner is Ghani, one of the biggest drug traffickers in the world, and in town a while. Dorri assist Clay and Ray for a visual confirmation of Ghani's bodyguard and follow him to Ghani, but the CIA puts the brakes on the mission because Ghani is a valuable asset (snitch) for the DEA. Mandy uses reporter Paul Mulwray's contacts to get the mission back on track in exchange for an exclusive interview with Jason. They capture the fiend, though Sonny is wounded by thug fire during the mission and saved by 'newbie' Clay, whom he finally makes up with, having even embarrassed his satellite call with Stella. Spoiing the celebration, Mandy reports that Ghani sold the farm after the burning, hence probably didn't order the bomb. Jason seek out base contractor Amy Nelson for comfort, but she's weary of affairs with married men, even separated.

Jason's SEAL Team grudgingly assumes protecting a delegation of congressmen and Pentagon officials on publicity tour to Jalalabad, even though a credible threat has been made against them, yet the politicians pull rank to demand excessive liberty. During their protection detail, the SEALs learn that the treat is activated, and ultimately that Hakan, who gets shot, was the intended assassination target and successfully kill the sniper responsible after the shooting. Jason learns that Xeon Tactical Security CEO Alan Cutter may have had an economical motivation for killing Echo Team.

Episode 19

While the SEAL team searches with Mandy for leads on the sniper's employers, plotting a trap by pretending he survived, Ray has to deal with the fallout of accidentally fatally hitting a child with a fragmentation grenade from when he was pursuing the sniper. Ray ultimately discloses his shoulder injury to the U.S. Army's Criminal Investigation Division. Mandy is later contacted by warlord Abad Halani for a face-to-face meeting.
