Plot Outline "Saving Heroes" is a show about the noble individuals, from first responders to military personnel to the everyday heroes, who have had a positive impact on the lives of others. Each episode showcases a different hero, and we focus on how we can help or give to them in some way to show our gratitude. We hope that you'll follow us on this journey to discover the heroes that make this world a better place. It's not political, it's personal and it's the right thing to do. Saving Heroes airs on Discovery's AHC every Saturday starting July 26th 9am ET.
