The "Saving Grace" Pilot is the first episode in a gangster film inspired short web series about an ex-communicated mafia member, Joey, planning to take out his former mob boss, Tommy. Joey is driven by not only his desire for revenge on Tommy, but also by his passion to protect his home town of Grace City from the corrupt forces taking root in the mob. Episode 1 follows Joey as he returns to Grace City on the one year anniversary of the day he was caught trying to quit the mafia and leave town, the day he was thought to be killed by his boss, Tommy. Joey wastes no time upon his unexpected return and enlists the help of an old friend Donny, a gang member from the opposite side of town. Together, they carry out an audacious plan to reveal to Tommy that Joey is back from the dead and he's coming to take him down.
